30 minutes before closing and the young lady did not want to make two mango smoothies because word from word “I don’t want to prep more mangos chunks we are closed and aren't making drinks ”we even mentioned to the young lady that we drove 30 minutes just for our favorite mango drink. She proceeded to say “I don’t have any more mangos sorry we’re closed “ again telling us they were closed knowing in fact they are not closed. Mind you it’s 7:32pm and the store closes at 8pm. As a general manager ; even if there’s a customer that walks in at the last minute we are willing to prep and serve as long as the customer is willing to wait. This is very disappointing as well as the attitude the young lady was giving. I suggest retraining the crew better. I understand the preclosing procedures but there are strategies and numbers you can look at to prep for the day and then some. Maybe it’s a prepping issue as well you might have too look at. Very disappointed. I’ve always dealt with the attitude the crew gives because I am understanding and the drinks are amazing but today was absolutely ridiculous.

Real Fruits is good but using toooo much sugar and you can’t take sugar free or less sugar. Why??? Like real but not really real. Make it more healthy!

Too much sugar . Most of this is sugar/syrup. Not a healthy “ real fruit drink “

Asked for 50% or no sugar option, the girl said new company policy won’t do that any more. Who needs extra sugar when you use real fruits???? It seemed
like the girl at the register didn’t care customer service neither. Oh well, good luck.

Real fruit means no sugar added and they don’t even reduced sugar amount when requested so please avoid this place not good at all for kids specially

Is so perfect, no lines, you order on the computer. Clean and good flavors. Took like 3 minutes

Not the same as the one in Woodbridge. Crap ingredients.

I used to really love this place but the other day has made me and my family decide to never go here again. I cannot support a business that treats people this way. I walk in happy to order my favorite drink and this older man was throwing drinks in the sink and SCREAMING at a little girl in a hijab saying she didn’t know what she was doing. It was extremely unprofessional and I will never come back. He needs to be fired.

No option for 50% sugar? What a joke! My husband ordered me a ‘taro slush, 50% sugar,’ but the person in charge said it wasn’t possible just because I wanted less sugar and the owner don’t allow doing 50% sugar??? Ridiculous! What if I have a medical condition that requires me to limit my sugar intake? And to top it off, the so-called ‘slush’ was nothing but milk tea—no ice at all. Very unpleasant experience and a low-quality product. Wouldn’t recommend!

I’m a regular Real Fruit Bubble Tea customer at Menlo Park Mall. I love their drinks and my order is normally the same. One medium strawberry banana smoothie for me and one medium strawberry smoothie for my girlfriend. Today we ordered our regular drinks, however two strawberry banana smoothies came out. My girlfriend is allergic to bananas so when she tasted her “strawberry smoothie” we were confused and upset because this never happens. So we confront the worker and she is very dismissive about it while trying to cut fruits (there were no customers and not busy at all) she apologized very coldly and remade a strawberry smoothie. However this one was made very watery and was not drinkable. Overall we are very disappointed.
