I used to really love this place but the other day has made me and my family decide to never go here again. I cannot support a business that treats people this way. I walk in happy to order my favorite drink and this older man was throwing drinks in the sink and SCREAMING at a little girl in a hijab saying she didn’t know what she was doing. It was extremely unprofessional and I will never come back. He needs to be fired.

No option for 50% sugar? What a joke! My husband ordered me a ‘taro slush, 50% sugar,’ but the person in charge said it wasn’t possible just because I wanted less sugar and the owner don’t allow doing 50% sugar??? Ridiculous! What if I have a medical condition that requires me to limit my sugar intake? And to top it off, the so-called ‘slush’ was nothing but milk tea—no ice at all. Very unpleasant experience and a low-quality product. Wouldn’t recommend!

I’m a regular Real Fruit Bubble Tea customer at Menlo Park Mall. I love their drinks and my order is normally the same. One medium strawberry banana smoothie for me and one medium strawberry smoothie for my girlfriend. Today we ordered our regular drinks, however two strawberry banana smoothies came out. My girlfriend is allergic to bananas so when she tasted her “strawberry smoothie” we were confused and upset because this never happens. So we confront the worker and she is very dismissive about it while trying to cut fruits (there were no customers and not busy at all) she apologized very coldly and remade a strawberry smoothie. However this one was made very watery and was not drinkable. Overall we are very disappointed.

This is a honest review when we are ordering the items they don't have a store. First think that, they are saying fresh juice.i can't believe that.the man who has making juice he's add sugar and water,ice 🫠😬 If anybody wants to order this place your money trash 😑😑

The best mango slush and chocolate milk tea same as Coffe milk tea
I always love to get bubble tea from Real fruit. Its at the Melno Park Shopping Mall's food court. If you go during lunch hour or on weekend you may have to wait a bit. But the workers are pretty fast. You have to self order unless you paying with cash. I always love to get Mango Diamond Slush which is their house special. Try it with tapioca and lychee jelly, also free mango chunks. You will feel so refreshing , I swear to God.

The milk tea is just straight milk, it is super light. Pretty pricy for this quality. Real Fruit in Woodbridge and Jersey Gardens is better.
Kids love this. .. conveniently located within menlo mall. There are better bubble teas in metuchen but nothing much inside this mall.. there are a couple of places but this one is good .Priced ok. Service could be better . Sometimes it takes a while to get .. especially in peak time and when there is some crowd. Lots of other shops in this food court . Like it overall .

There were only two people working there and I lot of customers.We got three smoothies. Mine was ok. The other two were bad. One too much sugar and we asked less sugar. The other one was missing the sugar. My daughter asked for milk tea less sugar. She was not able to drink it. I noticed she was taking forever to drink it and I knew she did not like it. I asked the young lady if she could exchange it because it was too sweet. She said “ next time tell your daughter to complain before she drinks it half way.” I went nuts how she said that with an attitude. Well, it happened to be that she was the manager. Hell, no we are going back there. Bad service, bad smoothies. The picture shows that it was not half.
