I needed a mid-Friday pick me up and when I got to the Menlo food court, bubble tea caught my eye. There wasn't much in the way of friendly service, but it also wasn't unfriendly, just very systematic. You can order on the tablets provided on the cash wrap near the entrance, I didn't realize there would be SO MANY options! I'm not sure if you have to order on these or if you can order with the baristas but you're probably better off ordering on here to see all your options as well as what is a free upgrade vs an up-charge. I went with a coconut boba tea made with black tea. It was delicious and as expected. I didn't have to wait long for it, and it was just the thing I needed in that moment. The medium size is perfect when you want a little more than small but don't want to go overboard.

They used to be so good when they opened, now is literally TRASH, service is disgusting and drinks are worse… the amount of sugar they do should be illegal to be honest.I’ve never trying anything worse than the las drink I have, it was classic bubble tea but it has clots of a powder, and not kidding tons of sugar (un drinkable)when I complained they said that what I order and they gave me a cup with ice so I can dissolve it and make keys sweet I guess ??♀️ GROSS!!!

In 2023, they still use powder to make milk tea, which is cheap af and harmful for people's health.
Here on Memorial Day weekend and ordered Pina colada and mango diamond slush w lycee jelly. Both were good and very decent. I like that regular sugar level was not too sugar. I consider coming back to try other drinks.

Worst place in the mall. Horrible customer service. Doesn’t matter if you got there first, they will start making the very last order and everyone that came after you will get their drinks first before you do. Cuz it makes sense, let’s start making order 100 instead of order 1 cuz they got here first. And not sanitary at all, girl was scratching her head, body and then with the same hands touching the inside of the cups and making drinks. I rather waste $8.52 (overpriced) instead of drinking that garbage. That’s where the drink went to the garbage, because the lady behind the counter did not want to talk or even listen. Turned around and pretend nobody was waiting on the other side of the counter. Save yourself and go grab a Starbucks or something else. Horrible horrible place and people.

Terrible customer service! My drink was supposed to have ice in it and when it was warm, I asked the girl behind the counter to fix it. She instead gave me attitude and eventually just refunded the money. She could have as easily made another drink. Other reviews are most likely talking about the same person. Very disappointed! Spoke to the manager later who was very nice and I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else again!
