Poor customer service. The people who work here and very rude and uninviting. The place also reeks of wet towel, or old mop water of some sort.

Went in to look for makgeolli (Korean rice wine) and got glared at by everyone. Not the place to be if you don’t look a certain way.
I rather go sober than ever have to go in here again. Do yourself a favor and go ANYWHERE else.

bad service and dirty store

Cool on a hot day, friendly bartender.
Breaks my heart to say this, as a local whose dad took me there as a kid when it was Danny's, but this place is just horrible. Don’t get me wrong its always been a dive, but it had real people looking to spend what little money we had. Now its a dive with a cash only policy for way over priced beer (don’t even ask for drink, even a simple one and don’t expect the simple wedge of lemon or lime) with horrible service (they only pay attention to the local alcoholics) and no charm. What kind of bar doesn't have beers on tap?
Do the memory of Danny’s and Richies a favor and sell to someone that actually cares about running at least a half respectful and proper dive.

You can’t buy liquor at the liquor store and drink it at the bar, even tho it’s in the same building. Bartender kicked out my friend for not knowing you can’t drink the liquor from the same building that sold him the drink while at the bar. Bartender was unreasonable and also kicked us out while a bug was crawling in her hair and she didn’t care
