Lake and team made my daughters first birthday (mid August) party super special with their amazing catering service. They were timely, efficient, and super professional. All the kids AND adults enjoyed their sweet treats. I would highly recommend them for any special summer events.

Lake and the Edison Rita’s team were very helpful in setting up a catering service at our picnic event. They were on time and very professional. All of our guests enjoyed having italian ice to cool off after a long day in the sun at the park. We would definitely get catering again for our next outdoor event!

I had previously written a negative review however, I have deleted it due to the fact that it was responded to kindly and almost immediately. Nothing special was offered to me other than a heartfelt apology and and offer to carry flavors I prefer. I won't request anything extra and they didn't offer me anything which to me shows that they, as well as I operate with integrity.
