Staff doesn’t care. Service is extremely poor. They add 15% gratuity even for single person. Dal was quite watery…. Parata was a bit burnt. Every item I asked for was either not available or would take a very long time per staff. Spent around $50 for simple one tawa roti and dhaba daal and lassi…. Not sure if every day things this way or this one time as there was party going on. Won’t be returning and won’t recommend…

This restaurant is absolutely beautiful inside so much attention to detail. We really were looking forward to our cooking class! If you haven't tried this place yet it's a must!!!

We’ve been clients of Ruby ke Kitchen Se since 2020, and it’s always a pleasure to come back whenever we visit NJ (even though we now live in Florida!). The food never disappoints flavorful, homely, and comforting. While the prices may feel a little on the higher side for everyday meals, the taste makes it worthwhile. Highly recommend trying their Kachori with Aloo Sabzi, absolutely delicious!

We ordered 1 veg thali, 1 Rajasthani thali, and 2 non-veg thalis. The food took forever to arrive, and to make it worse, the Rajasthani thali I ordered for myself never came out at all. The staff didn’t seem to care or follow up, and there was no proper communication or apology. Overall, it was frustrating, poorly managed, and definitely not worth the time or money.

It's rare to find North Indian food in the US that's authentic, delicious, home-style, fresh, and nutritious. That's too much to ask for from a restaurant, really. But this restaurant's food is all of that and more!
My stomach doesn't feel the slightest discomfort after a meal here. And it's a nice place to hang out, too! I've tried kadhi, Rajasthani thali, and dal baati, which are the absolute best I've tasted in the US! Chola bhatura's taste was home-style, not comparable to Delhi or Punjabi chole. But still among the best available in the US.

Best at edison i am eating here everyday good staff and good environment.check it out
Amazing food, it's truly a hidden gem. I personally love their chicken items, along with the Kachori. The atmosphere would remind you of dining in India if you've been. To my surprise, they also offer cooking classes which makes for a perfect gift or a friends and family activity.

Absolutely loved the dal baati churma - rich in flavor and loaded with ghee, just as the owner described. Worth the wait, as it’s freshly prepared. The sarson da saag was one of the best I’ve had. Soft, delicious gulab jamun to end the meal. Also tried the tandoori chicken and papdi chaat - both were good. Will definitely come back again!

The food was average. The Dum Aaloo curry and Paneer Tikka were excessively peppered, and the tandoori roti was undercooked. Unnecessarily hyped!
Update after their comment: Ruby, if you’re going to make curry, at least learn the basics first. Who the hell puts kaali mirchi like it’s the star ingredient in Dum Aloo? And don’t even get me started on that tragic Paneer Tikka. When we said ‘make it spicy’, we didn’t mean drown it in a black pepper avalanche. Learn how to take order. Come over to my place sometime — I’ll show you how actual food is supposed to taste.

service is trash. Someone recommended this restaurant to me today and I said absolutely not. 1-2 years ago I told the lady on the phone I didn’t get utensils. I’m in a hotel without my own dishes and utensils. She said eat with your hands. I’m Indian and I do but I was sharing with others. That was beyond disrespectful.
Anyways. Yall enjoy cause I won’t again
