The store is great but when you have to wait on a huge line just to get out, it Really annoys me. If they have to check if you stole anything they should have more checkers at the door. Sometimes they have two but they are really slow. That's one thing I hate about this store. Prices are good but make sure you add on extra ten minutes waiting to get out of there! I might join Costco.

When you go to the freeosk located near the frozen food section, scan your membership card to claim your freebies. Today, I received a K Cup with French dark roast coffee- my favorite blend! Oh happy day! Fortunately I own a Keurig machine otherwise I would've been disappointed.

I'd give zero stars I I HAVE ENTIRE VIDEO & more from previous altercations, but today put the icing on the cake for me STEVE ( the old manger YOU ARE MISSED )So This morning @ this Edison NJ location I was racially profiled By multiple employees two actually stood over me one to my left & right while checking out , prior to me walking towards the checkout there was an elderly white men who checked out without anyone in his presence ( this isn't the first time I've complained and felt profiled I alsoHave several videos of those alterations ) well today the MANGER decided to stop me at the door and demand I show him my receipt which I declined to provide since two employees stood over me ( was that not proof enough of my purchase?!) as I checked out it's not legal for ANYONE to stop me from exiting , it's your store policy to ask if you can check I do not have to provide anything !! During the stop and request the manger actually pushed the cart back into My body ( I had 3 cases of water and a case of Snapple among other items ) twice the second time rolling the cart over my left toe which now Im headed to the emergency room for . I have a serious problem with the experience I received today , I've contacted the Better Business Bureau among other agencies waiting for my response before I take other actions If my email and Better Business Response is ignored .Those who stand for nothing fall for anything , I've allowed way to many passes at this location because Steve (old manger ) always made it right , injuring me I THINK NOTAPRIL 11 - guess what , the manger sends out a letter on the exact day I was assaulted with my own shopping cart to inform me I'm revoked nationally from any sams club as if I would ever step foot back inside a location that allows employees to racially profile and assault customers, GAME ON!

In these tough economic times the prices of the Sam's club café cannot be beat. I got a beef hotdog, drink and berry sundae all for the low price of $3, what a steal. The drink also comes with unlimited refills. Pretty filling and tasty for a quick lunch. I was also interested in their foot long churro which is only $1 but they did not have them in stock. I believe this is the second time they didn't have their churros in stock but not too surprised as I went on a Saturday morning so they probably go quick.My only problem with the food/service is that the soda fountain where you fill your drink had 2 of the drinks I tried come out with more water and little to no syrup. Looks like it needs a refill. I tried with their exclusive drink Mountain Dew Berry Moonson but again watery which is unfortunate as I wanted to see what that one tasted like. This also happened to both of the normal Pepsi nozzles as well so I had to settle for normal mountain dew which came out tasting normal. Considering it was only 11am when I was there, that is pretty bad, I can understand being out of stock of food but the drinks are syrups, they should make sure those are filled properly. On the bright side Sam's club accepts MasterCard which Costco's food court does not.As for the atmosphere, you're in a Sam's club and you will see dirty tables here and there, not sure if they clean it during the day but there wasn't an issue getting a table that wasn't messy. I also noticed the floor was a bit dirty/wet.Overall, the cheap food makes up for the cons I've experienced at the Sam's club food court or café as they like to call it, would recommend for a budget bite. Definitely recommend the berry sundae for a nice sweet treat.Parking: As expected, parking at Sam's club on the weekend is packed to the brim, didn't have trouble finding parking but don't expect to park close to the entrance, not that it's much of a walk anyway.

The store was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for. The selection of products was impressive, with a wide variety of items available. I also found the self-checkout app to be extremely convenient.

I'm a club member !!!! My job offered employees the choice of various "bulk shopping" stores to choose from as an employee benefit (1st year membership free). Due to the location I chose Sam's Club; great choice. The club was very easy to navigate through. I especially loved the huge produce and dairy rooms. Unlike other stores I've visited where refrigerators stored the dairy and produce products at this location it's a temperature controlled room. The prices were very reasonable even cheaper than my local supermarket for certain items. It's clean, quite, well stocked and organized, smooth check out and the app is pretty darn cool!! While I was shopping I ran into the tire center, let's just say I will be getting 4 tires installed next week at better price than a tire shop. Very friendly customer service workers, helpful and knowledgeable of the facility. Overall I am happy that I chose Sam's Club and making it my new bulk shopping home.

New club member...was suppose to get a $10 promotional credit in the membership deal...after speaking with 5 club reps I still haven't gotten it and no one really seems to care...worst organized business I've dealt with in a long time...and this for a wholesale store that's a lot farther than the other 2...what a headache....won't be renewing and possibly asking for my membership money back...lousy experience...

Apparently the eye doctors just give out eyeglasses prescriptions without signing the prescription! Who knew i could just waste my hard earned money as a disabled woman who just needed to see. When called and informed about their negligence of handing out unsigned prescriptions, they said they couldnt help me today when today is my only day off for a good couple weeks. Can't contact the doctor with the phone number they have for employment records to fill one measly prescription for one patient they lacked to properly take care of. The doctor couldnt even be bothered to come in to the exam either, it was done through telehealth and still with the least amount of work she had to do in her whole life, couldnt manage to even electronically sign the prescription before handing it to a paying patient. Disgusting customer service and lack of empathy. 0/10 would never recommend to anyone. Not everyone has the luxury of having multiple days off to waste on one task because the employee couldnt do her job properly. Eye care is medical care and you should have the hospitality and responsibility to treat it as such. i dont have glasses cause they look cool.

Good place to stock up! A little further than Costco for me. Both clubs have different items. They also have different in store specials. Sam's club seems to have more instant coupons. They also take different credit cards than Costco. More pay options here. Store is clean and staff is helpful.

I'm a Costco guy and visited this sams club location to check .. it was awesome ! It was almost FREE monthly membership.. it was just about 30$ and they give cash back too. You get almost everything just like Costco with less crowd and really quick exit ... they have diary , meat , bakery , bottle shop , electronics and many more stuff . Love their app , where you can scan all ur items and pay . Parking is good . Overall a good experience..
I was trying to use Sam's club same day delivery. According to their policy they supposed to deliver in a radius of 15 miles from the club. I lived about 9 miles from Sam's club in Edison but was surprise to find that they are not delivering to my neighborhood. Why are you spending all that money on advertising "Same day delivery" if you are not doing it in the end?

First time going to sam club and the place is clean. Experience is horrible. Waiting to get fresh squeezed orange juice. The line is long and I thought he would give it to us. Nope he put it on the shelf. What the heck you don't say anything. Very unprofessional. .

This Sam's, at one point a few years back, had the convince of fewer people than Costco. It's now gotten busier, maybe due to the cheaper Sam's membership prices? Things are still a little disorganized and some staff looked stressed out. The self checkout line setup is confusing and not much room to put down scanned items. No Apple/Samsung pay. Staff eyes every item you scanned. Have your receipt ready for the exit employee to scan receipt and items on the cart. Costco have a self checkout food court too that won't charge you for the wrong item like it happened to me at Sam's on several times.
