Worst customer service. I ordered chicken teriyaki before leaving the mall. Got home to eat it and the chicken was not done, pink and goeey. So I decided to try to cook it some more before driving all the way back to the mall. Well, that didn’t help at all. So I drove all the way back to the mall, explained what happened and I can not believe the attitude and continuous push back I recieved on how I ordered it an hour ago and it looked fine. The looks they gave me. They way she slammed and pushed my food down the line and rushed me to get it (with a customer in front of me) The only reason I’m didn’t push back is because I knew that’s what they expected and wanted. I smiled, got my food and immediately ran to make this review!

Always a great experience, the food is absolutely delicious and always friendly staff. Me and my wife always go here, and always satisfied.

If I could give them less than one start I would do it, I found a worm in the food, the picture is attached, for you to find a worm in the food you can tell that this place is totally unsanitary

Love the North Riverside location they’re always delicious and the customer service is friendly and welcoming to say the least.

Super yummy. Attentive staff. Friendly service. Cheap and very delicious. Will be back!

Not a bad spot in the food court I have eaten at their other stores in Harrison and Newark. The food here is just as good I ordered lo mein and chicken teriyaki without vegetables. My only criticism of it is they give you less portions than in their stores in Harrison in Newark do. The service is good place your order wait for it nothing fancy. As far as the atmosphere the seating is in the mall food court So your experience can vary depending on day and time
