Loved the food, the price is very reasonable and the taste is extremely authentic. It tastes homemade. The place is 1 hour from my house but I would drive down there to have that food!

We went in around the same time with 2 other customers. The restuarant was empty when we all walked in. The server managed to drive all the three of us out while ordering food. I understand when requests can't be accommodated but the attitude of the server was like "I don't care if you eat here or not"

When we reached there at 8:30 pm on a Sunday, we expected to see it buzzing with people. As it is in Edison and has a large Indian community. But it was empty and we were the only ones. So we did not expect much, but due to the lateness and hunger cramps we decided to just get on with it and eat. When the food arrived we were blown away by the freshness and the authentic taste. We will defined go back when we visit NJ.
Food is all stale and SPOILED. Baigan bharta was spoiled and when we complained he said it was kept outside!!! What nonsense?! Then he admitted that taste is changed and it was sour!! He brought another bharta which was also bakwas!! Believe me this place is waste of money.Another 2 sabji was also odd in taste, sev tameta sabji was all sweet in taste!!! Khaman was old and hard!Container of ghee and gol and pickle was used by previous people and that's why it's covers were all sticky and other people touched with used hand... Gross!!Khichdi was all made from extreme amount of Turmeric powder, you can literally taste just turmeric!!These people must refund us money back and service charge ? and I would strongly suggest not to visit there.

Good food and great staff, Authentic Thali with unlimited Chaas (Buttermilk). The staff was not fussy about sharing (haha). Good experience overall.

Was super excited to try it, ended up not having a good experience:/The service was good but not enjoyed the food at all! Panner tikka masala was disgusting and really flavorless. I'm not sure if that's a style of cooking but it seemed like it was stale and spoilt. The pani puri and Pav bhaji was mid and can be improved so much.I hope they take these points into consideration and improve the food.

The service was a little slow. We ordered a Thali and it took almost 20-25 minutes to get it. Then we had to ask for extra sabzis + rotli/rotla. Food itself was so-so as well. Nice place, nice waiter and great ambiance but not sure I'd come again because the food quality was average at best.
