Seoul Fried Chicken's customer service is PHENOMENAL! Kris and Jaden helped me out of a frustrating predicament Uber eats put me in. They didn't have to hit They went above and beyond to help out a customer 11/10

I was really craving Korean fried chicken and decided to give Seoul Fried Chicken in Edison a try — my first visit here. The location is great, right off Route 27 and close to Route 1, making it easy to get to. Service was fast and friendly, which I appreciated. Parking is good . Lots of space outside . Not too pricey . Priced ok .

We tried a few different sauces, and some of them were absolutely delicious. The chicken itself was good — crispy and flavorful — but I’ve had better in NYC where it tends to be less greasy and more balanced in flavor.

Unfortunately, we took the food to-go, and by the time we got home, it had turned a bit soggy and sticky. Definitely feels like the kind of food that’s best enjoyed fresh at the restaurant. I was tempted to give it 3 stars, but I’m confident it would’ve tasted much better right on the spot — so 4 stars it is.

I’ll be back to try it fresh next time!

Excellent chicken sandwich. Very crispy and hot. However, I'm confused about a couple things. I ordered a sandwich with no sauce, but was surprised it comes with mayo, which to me is a sauce. Plain should be an option. I didn't want any sauce/condiment on the sandwich. Also not a pickle fan and they are automatically added... so those were immediately removed and tossed. I didn't see options on the kiosk to order exactly what I wanted ... did I miss them? IMO sauces/condiments/pickles make the chicken soggy and should be served on the side. I didn't order any sides ... One sandwich and a can of Coke was $15 which seems a bit high for not having any sides.

I love this place, the customer service is top notch. I have gotten food from here multiple times and they give extra sauce free of charge if you ask for it in person. I have asked for a different sauce multiple times and they would just give it for free. The place is also very clean and the employees are very friendly and sweet.

With many Korean fried chickens available , I think this places uses the freshest chicken in my opinion. But the chicken itself was so greasy and I felt nauseous

The chicken was super crispy on the outside and incredibly tender on the inside.
What impressed me the most was the variety of sauces — I’ve never seen so many options in one place!
It’s the perfect way to enjoy different flavors with just one piece of chicken.

And honestly, the fact that they also serve burgers and rice bowls makes it a great one-stop spot for a full meal.

I’ll definitely be coming back!
