Went again to our go to favorite spot in edison nj food was great as usual gobi manchaurin was crispy and tangy papri chat was also very crispy kudos to komal ashwin and riddha for such a great service

Probably the best indian food on all of Oak Tree. Beautiful venue for events, lounge area for comfortable dining as well as regular seating for more casual outings. Service is always amazing, will not disappoint! 10/10.

I don't know how their ala carta is but the buffet food was okay at best. The Naan was cold and rubbery and a lot of the food was cold. Really expensive for what you get in the buffet.

It’s highly overpriced for what they offer. The food is hit or miss and nothing to write home about but all the items are very pricey. The ambience is nice but again, you’ll get much better ambience and service for the price you pay. The service is way too slow and the staff is usually very lax. I’ve been here twice thinking the first must be an off day. Not really going back here again!

Review of The Lounge @ the Dhaba.
Amazing food and hospitality. Met friends after several years at this location. We spent almost 4 hours around lunch time and we were treated like a King. This is a byob place. The Paratha, Bullet Naan, Creamy Chicken, Red meat were spot on tasty. Only suggestion to the owner is to carry Indian soft drinks like ThumpsUp, Limca, Gold Spot, Mangola, Lychee, Campa Cola, Jeera Soda. These soft drinks bring back memories from India specially when had with the amazing food served here. The lights can be dimmable. They turned on several lights and it got too bright. Then they switched off a few and it seemed dark. A dimmable option will be perfect.

Food tastes good . It's specifically good for Punjabi food. This restaurant is attached with banquet hall , and if there is any party in banquet hall , than restaurant goes in secondary priority and everything gets delayed. We usually order before dine in as it takes time. Space is also constraint.
Tried calling multiple times, but no one answered the phone, so I ended up getting a McDonald's.

Very disappointing service experience. The service was extremely slow, and many items from the menu were unavailable. We placed our order, but the staff kept coming back multiple times saying certain items were coming, only to later say they were not available. There was no proper waiter to take or follow up on our order, and overall it felt very unorganized. Definitely not happy with the service. Would not recommend based on this experience.
