The food was beyond me. it was a complex variety of flavors combusting upon my tongue. Kaylin was awesome but gotta work on her throwing skills. 10/10 must try again!
Staff member are super chill and nice . One overheard me saying I was light headed ( I wasn't) and see if I was ok . That there is top grade customer service ^^

(Critical Review Warning) First time I came here my burger was literally raw the second & third time was “ok”. The fourth time I came here I asked for something specific on the menu the associate they UNDERTRAINED was CLUELESS about and gave ME an ATTITUDE about it. The place is absolutely disgusting the floors are ALWAYS GREASY as well as the tables! Step up your company’s standards if you want to progress and prosper. Please. 🙏

I ordered my food at melo park smash burger at 4:13pm and went up to see what was taking my food so long around 4:35pm the woman told me they were backed up from a catering order. I sat back down and gave the staff more time to make my food. The woman finally brings my order to me at 4:50pm and the fries were missing from the order me and my partner weren't able to eat together at the same time due to our ordered being made at different times but yet we ordered on one order together. We waited more time for the fries so we can eat together at the same time by the time the other fries came that they forgot our burgers were cold and not to mention my burger was burnt and all the juice from the burger was dried up. This was the worst experience I had at smash burger. The restaurant is well put together and looks great but service sucks, food was burnt and not enjoyable like the other smash burgers. Thank you to the manager who than gave me my refund, i appreciate Chris who helped me after the situation had occurred. I was grateful to get my money back without an issue. I took my money back and went to Popeyes after. This is upsetting for me because I really have been to so many smash burgers and never been through such a situation. I think staff should be retrained on how to deal with larger volume durning high demands durning the holiday season or simply have more staff on shift to help out.
