I had no idea what to get the staff recommend the gladiator high protein chocolate peanut butter smoothie and it really hit the spot, staff was very friendly and patient with me not knowing what I wanted.

Never had such a low quality poorly made açaí bowl. Bowl quantity was so less than the last time I came here and the açaí is literally in frozen chunks rather than a smooth texture. Why am I paying $14 for this

The service sucks and the smoothies taste different than every other location I frequent on a weekly basis. In person orders are prioritized even if you placed an order through drive through prior to someone walking into the store. I’ve waited a number of times unnecessarily. It’s obvious FIFO is not a business model used at this location. I will not be returning and will go to other locations.
I had a fantastic experience at Smoothie King! The store was spotless, and my order was prepared quickly. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making the visit even better. My smoothie was delicious and perfectly made. I’ll definitely be coming back!

My wife ordered a bowl without granola due to an allergy. She ate about 1/3 and realized it had traces of granola in it. This caused an allergic reaction. I’d highly stay away from this location if they can’t get this right. I will be following up with corporate regarding this as well.
