I had a fantastic experience at Smoothie King! The store was spotless, and my order was prepared quickly. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making the visit even better. My smoothie was delicious and perfectly made. I’ll definitely be coming back!

My wife ordered a bowl without granola due to an allergy. She ate about 1/3 and realized it had traces of granola in it. This caused an allergic reaction. I’d highly stay away from this location if they can’t get this right. I will be following up with corporate regarding this as well.
Came in this evening and had an extraordinary experience with Sam! She asked me a few simple questions about my palate preferences and recommended the perfect smoothie! She was kind welcoming and an all around hard worker. Saw some negative reviews about her on here and safe to say I’m confused! She exceeded my wildest expectations and beyond and seems to exemplify the smoothie king spirit. 10/10 will return and smoothie king Edison you just won yourself a loyal customer!

I visited Smoothie King around 7:00 PM today and experienced one of the worst customer service encounters I’ve ever had. I waited at the drive-thru for an extended period without any acknowledgment. Unsure if the store was open or closed, I called the location to confirm. Someone answered the phone, and I politely asked if they were open because I was at the drive-thru. Instead of a response, the person abruptly hung up on me. Moments later, the speaker activated, and an employee asked, “How can I help you?”
I calmly addressed the fact that there was no need to hang up on me. Rather than acknowledge or apologize, the employee repeated, “How may I help you?” as if my concerns didn’t matter. I explained that I called because I wanted to ensure the store was open. Her reply? “Are you going to order?” At that point, I decided I no longer wanted to be disrespected. Another car pulled up behind me, and I informed her I would drive up to the window to discuss the situation.
When I got to the window, she purposely took the other car’s order first, making me wait even longer. When she finally addressed me, I asked if she was the one who hung up on me. Instead of answering, she repeatedly asked, “Are you going to order?” After asking again, she claimed her coworker had hung up on me. I asked for the coworker’s name, and she said it was Gisselle. I also asked for her name, and she identified herself as Sam.
At this point, I requested to speak with a manager. She told me no manager was present, but the manager’s name was Andrew. Frustrated but determined to remain respectful, I left without placing an order.
It’s disheartening to see employees with such poor attitudes. These employees are so angry, and they’re barely 16 years old. What could they possibly be so upset about high school drama? The job itself isn’t that complicated, my love you’re literally putting fruit in a bowl and handing it out a window. Being polite to customers should be the bare minimum.
I’ve been a loyal customer, typically ordering through DoorDash, but after this experience, I will be taking my business elsewhere. It’s baffling why employees act this way when their role is straightforward: providing customer service and fulfilling orders.
I plan to follow up with the manager and corporate, as this behavior is unacceptable. Smoothie King just lost a loyal customer due to the unprofessional and disrespectful attitudes of its employees.

I am not really normally a smoothie person but was pleasantly surprised when I tried it for the first time. Service was totally flawless, and I loved everything about the smoothie I got. 100% would recommend.

I love it that they have smoothies that support GLP-1 routines. I had the power meal slim GLP-1 Strawberry and it was delicious
