I think that if we listen to customers' complaints, consider the areas for improvement, and apply them, we will become a better restaurant than we are now. First, the food doesn't have any special taste, but it's similar to regular soft tofu restaurant stew. However, since there was no combo menu, it was a waste to pay $20 including tip for soft tofu stew. Second, the menu is very limited. The price range isn't that great as you have to choose from a menu that doesn't have much variety. Common dumpling soup, kalguksu, green onion pancakes, etc.. Minimum price of 18 dollars for non-special foods.

Although this rating is very low, I like it very much and I think it tastes pretty good. I used to go there every week when I was pregnant, but now I almost have enough, and I only eat it occasionally. Sometimes I feel that ratings cannot determine everything. Some stores with high ratings actually feel average to me.

The worst Korean place I ever went to. Literally ordered an almost $20 Gamja-tang, and it come with only one bone with almost no meats one it, I can’t even tell the different between this and the kimchi soup. And the service was really terrible, not even like care about the customer at all. And 18% tips minimum for ONE PERSON(“Required by the restaurant”)?

I ordered delivery via Ubereats. I got an extra side kimchi cucumber for additional $3, and one of them (not sure if it’s original, or the extra) only has 5 pieces of cucumber. I wonder why

Because I felt that their service was not very good, I gave a $4 tip and left the order on the table. However, the clerk later chased me out and said that we hadn't signed anything yet. So when we were about to sign again, the clerk treated us with an extremely bad attitude. Saying that custom tips can only be tipped at least 18% is tantamount to blackmailing us into tipping 18%. I will never come here again. This is the worst dining experience in my life.

The comment claiming the service was bad was totally wrong. The service was immaculate. The waiter brought was very attentive and the ordering was smooth.
Arrived at 9:10PM, was told the kitchen would close at 9:30PM and the dining room would close at 9:40PM. Despite the hours clearly stating 10:00PM closure, was told we would need to be finished in 30 minutes.

I wish I could say this was good. The location is great, right next to Hmart. The tofu soup was ok. Service was humdrum. The kalbi was awful. So for the price, quality, just go to the food court.

I come here very often and am regularly greeted and waited by Jongda (probably spelled it wrong) who is extremely nice. Would recommend the soft tofu soup (spicy or very spicy if you can handle it).

the service was extremely bad and we were generous enough to leave more than the standard tipping amount for our meal. ig someone made the staff cranky because they took it upon themselves to yell at us infront of the whole restaurant for “not leaving enough money” when their service was way below average and deserved the bare minimum. they never checked in on us, only took our orders and brought out our food. No asks for refills, asking how the food was, asking abt our experience, or even smiling at us like a typical person would do. tbh i wouldn’t have been bothered by this service experience but it’s the fact that they took time out of their day to yell at a bunch of random people and order them to give them more money. seems not everyone is welcome here.
