I love sonic and i come to this one often. i frequently get the twisted flamingo. i got that today but i didn’t really look at it till i got home and it IS not a twisted flamingo, i just payed more money for a Shirley Temple. there’s no sweet cream or cherry. it’s not bad just not what i wanted

The woman who was attending the window is extremely rude she has zero customer service! If the name on the receipt is accurate her name is Amanda and she is very rude. Management please retrain your employees to have respect and not speak to customers rudely! The person who answered when I pressed the red button told us to go to the drive through after we told him we were there to pick up a doordash order I told him who it was for and everything. We wait on the drive thru line and she gave us massive attitude and spoke to us like we're stupid.

Amanda was extremely rude to me. I paid for 4 ketchups and she gave me zero. And then tried gaslighting me into saying that she gave me ketchup, even though she didn’t. So rude don’t recommend coming here ever!!!!!

Idk, Alex Desola of Panera across the street is just always sitting watching Jaelyn McIver and her boyfriend because of a broken relationship that he just cant get over. weird setting and environment all around.

This location needs urgent corporate attention. On my recent visit, the staff member Amanda was rude, argumentative, and even threatened to spit in my husband’s food. That alone is unacceptable and a serious health concern.
What makes this worse is that I’ve since heard Amanda lied and blamed another employee (an African American woman) stating that she lied on her, and that employee was fired. From what I witnessed, that woman was actually the only professional staff member working that day. Firing the wrong person while allowing the problem employee to remain shows a complete failure of management and fairness.
Looking through these reviews, it’s clear this isn’t an isolated incident. Multiple other customers have described Amanda the same way. Corporate needs to step in immediately, because local management clearly has not.
I am deeply disturbed by what I witnessed during my recent visit. An employee named Amanda was overheard telling another staff member that she was going to spit in my father's food. Whether she was joking or not, this kind of comment is completely unprofessional, disgusting, and unacceptable in any food service environment.
Food safety and basic human decency should never be taken lightly. I expected a much higher standard, and this behavior has completely destroyed any trust I had in this establishment. Management needs to take this seriously — no customer should ever have to wonder if their food is being tampered with.
I will not be returning, and I strongly encourage others to think twice before dining here until this issue is properly addressed.

Sonic is a great option for a different fast food experience. Drive up and order, the food is brought out to your car by a server. The grilled chicken sandwich was in my opinion better than Popeyes, maybe because it was hot and had more than 1 pickle. Also the only place I know you can get some tots!! They even have an extensive drink menu unlike other fast food spots. Nerds, slushies, milkshakes and more. Enjoy!!
