Comfortable environment with knowledgeable & friendly staff. Always have something that I enjoy and let you sample before a full pour. The menu changes often enough that there is something new to try but also the classics on standby. Located in a quite area but close enough to rt 1 so pretty much anywhere will deliver. They also offer different events and food trucks, so there is always something to look forward to.... the best part? They're SUPER dog friendly!

South 40 Brewing is an absolute gem of a brewery, tucked away in an industrial plaza. The beers are fantastic and there is always a variety on tap. We regularly frequent, and love that they are a kid and dog friendly space. Because of how much we love it here - we decided to host a private event at the brewery and could not recommend enough as a party space as well. It was so easy to work with the owners in coordinating our party which turned out fabulous and was reasonably priced.

Great selection of beers, nice relaxing atmosphere. A must stop for beer enthusiasts. Hard seltzers available too for non-beer drinkers.

Honestly, when we weren’t sure if this place existed at first! As you approach, you pass through industrial warehouses. But then there she is, at the end of the block. The space is nice both indoors with AC and an outside hangout area which includes bar/board games.
They allow dogs inside the brewery, yes inside!!

Great service, good local brew!

Stopped in last weekend for a bite to eat and a couple beers. Loved the variety of beers available and the industrial vibe of the space. Plenty of outdoor seating and dog friendly. I'll definitely be back.

Its a great hole in the wall run by some great people. Bring some friends and Mix & Match the flights, youll have a good time.

We stopped in here after working in the area. What a great find! I got my own flight board as did my husband because there were so many good choices! All were excellent but our favorite hands down were the Babushka Brown Ale and the Holiday Ale. I love the fact that this place also supports charities. We took a crowler home of the Babushka Brown Ale. We will be back and want to bring our dog too. Cheers and Happy Holidays!

Great variety! Friendly beertenders!

We had a great time trying beers at this brewery! Staff was super friendly and they are dog friendly as well. We tried 8 different beers and the flavors were unique and refreshing. We really liked the Happy Palmer (bought a can to take home) and Beach haze. There is plenty of seating inside and out and games to play too. I am sure it is even more fun in the summer. We shall be back!

South 40 Brewing Co was the absolute perfect place to host my husband's 50th birthday party. Family and dog friendly venue that welcomed all our guests. Highly recommend!
