I have been a loyal customer since this store opened and typically spend at least $10 per visit—often visiting twice in a day. On this occasion, the store was nearly empty. Due to chronic stomach issues, it can take me a bit of time to decide what I can safely order. I communicated that I would be ordering. Despite this, the store manager, Eve who knows me and has taken my order many times—persistently pressured me to order immediately. Eve's demeanor felt intrusive and harassing, and I felt watched and uncomfortable throughout the interaction. The manager’s behavior lacked basic logic and reasonable discretion. She knows I am a regular who consistently orders, yet treated me as if I had no intention to purchase. A more cognitive, situational approach—recognizing I am a working professional and had stated I would order—should have prevailed, particularly with an empty store.

I understand and respect Starbucks’ policy that customers should order if they are staying in the store; I always do. However, the way this was handled was inappropriate and made me feel unwelcome in a place I’ve supported consistently.

I've contacted the 800 number and the district manager, let's see if this is actually addressed.

Rating 5/5 instead of 1/5 because I had a negative experience that was turned around with genuine empathy and care. Thankful for Eve who listened to, informed me and resolved my grievance today over a small cup of coffee. Today was a reminder for me that every interaction is significant and you never know how it shapes someone’s day. As a wife and mom, I rarely prioritize my needs. So when I decided to grab an evening pick me up before cooking dinner and night time routines, it was significant to me that I could indulge in a cup of coffee that satisfied me. Initially I felt disregarded, it after calling customer service and expressing how it made me feel, Jamie and Eve took matters into their own hands and turned things around. I had to give them their flowers.

Just another reveiw on another Starbucks near me, thier always clean and staff is always friendly. My girl loves getting a cheese Danish or a apple croissant heated up woth a cappuccino or tea and I always get my large vanilla latte.

I enjoyed the fact that there was no wait time while I was there. Unfortunately, the barista was multitasking while taking my order and did not provide me his undivided attention. I typically wouldn't care but today I wanted to try something different and required assistance/recommendations. Also, he was so overwhelmed with the transaction he was trying to assist through his headset that he had forgotten my change. There were multiple baristas available and that interaction could have been avoided if someone else assisted me who wasn't so occupied. On a positive note, my coffee was great!

I love this Starbucks, I come to it everyday but there is only one defect about it, there is this little Hispanic lady that I’ve encountered several times and she’s always so rude and has an attitude for no reason, I always see her scold her employees as well, mind you the days I’ve come and she’s not there every other employee seems to be very sweet and attentive.

Zero stars, this is the worst starbucks.I have ever been to.They are painfully slow all the time today.I spent ten minutes in their drive through line.Then, she made me the wrong drink right in front of me and made me late for work.They need more workers that actually work.

Reading the other reviews made me nervous but when I went there myself I saw that if you’re good to the staff the staff is good to you. It was more than a couple times that a problem was fixed in seconds, Not only did they fix there mistakes on my drink but they were extremely apologetic and helpful. I’m starting to think some of this “issues” people are having at this Starbucks is that no one taught the “always right customers” to treat service workers. I went there and a lady asked to a drink specifically and they do as she asked and then she was upset it was done how SHE ASKED. The customer made me late for work not the staff. It was wild as if people go there just to pick on this kids for not being Coffee gurus at their minimum wage job just trying to survive.
Thank you all for doing your job and trying even with entitlement rushing through the veins of most people that go through the drive thru it seem to be extremely difficult. I noticed I got great service from a young lady named Sydney, Jada and older lady named Yos? Not sure if that’s right but they helped me and I know with a smile and a bit compassion they will help you

The food and drinks are fine, but the attitude? Absolutely not. The redhead who works here is rude beyond belief …. like she woke up and chose customer service misery. Do yourself a favor and make the drive to the Starbucks in New Brunswick you’ll thank yourself later. The difference in attitude is night and day! Also, love yourself more honey!!!

Saw a lot of reviews about extremely slow service but I got my drink (Frappuccino) in 8 minutes, so it was not an issue for me. This is my first time visiting this location. The drivethru line was quite busy and I choose to sit inside. Plenty of tables/chairs. Store was clean.
