Rude drive service with no patience

Went to chipotle and saw this Starbucks opposite .. wanted to have a quick cortado and refresh myself . Very nice location . Right on rt 1 .. very close to other supermarkets and restaurants… good parking facilities . Lots of space inside and outside .. sitting out on a summer day will be good .

Service could be better … the lady could have had a smile . She was really trying to be quick but didnt want to answer my questions .. place was empty … cortado was good but not like other locations . It was still good enough to freshen me up.

Good experience overall but could have been better . 3 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️

This place is very convenient place while heading out. Connected to Rt 1 and Rt 27 via vineyard. This also offer drive-thru. Indoor and outdoor seating is also nice. Need entry sign on Route 1.

Sometime the service is terrible and become worst when they operate under staff. Most of the morning hours, you expect wait time even for mobile order.

hispanic lady with the glasses was rude for no reason. ordered for drive thru pick up 5 minutes prior though no fault of my own as the app was slow and glitching and she was giving so much attitude cuz it was “taking too long” what if i had ordered this at the speaker? would it not have taken long?

Went in for Vanilla cream Nitro cold brew with extra sweet cream. I got no coffee and only cream. How does Starbucks train their baristas. See the image and decide for yourself. Not a good place to order the coffee.
Other Starbucks make my coffee well. But this store….. I don’t know…. I give up.

My fiance ordered a drink here asking for one pump for syrup in her coffee due to her medical condition of not being able to tolerate too much sugar. The barista instead made it with 6 pumps and then yelled at her that her English was not good despite my fiance having an American citizenship and not having an accent. She then refused to remake the order and then yelled at my fiance. This happened around 6:30 am December 31st at this location. Absolutely worst service. Please give this person a disciplinary action. I’m sure this type of behavior doesn’t represent Starbucks.

***This Starbucks is the best! **** Let me repeat, ****This Starbucks is the best! ****** The service is friendly, fast and accurate! Whenever I'm out of town and go to another Starbucks, there is often a glitch, but never here! Jocelyn and Mia are amazingly fast and efficient! The entire team works together seamlessly to service their customers. Shame on me for not writing this review a long time ago!

Went in last night with my kids and one spilled their hot chocolate. The staff even though in the end stages of cleaning up very thoroughly, were so kind and compassionate to my daughter, cheered her right up. Not a single eye roll or look. Great staff. Keep up the good work ladies and thanks again!

I am extremely aggravated because instead of having a quick pick up, i was forced to get my drink that was ordered for pick up in store through the drive through. mind you i had already passed the line and had to go all the way to the back after i noticed the little sign on the door. if i hadn’t already paid for my drink i would have never gotten anything and now i will be late for work. You should probably put this down on the app instead of inconveniencing people the minute they get there.

One of the worst Starbucks that I've been to. Under staffed and the cash register lady was sent in break when there were extremely long lines. Then the staff was short with the people inquiring about the wait time.

Terrible customer service in the drive thru on 9/3/24 during the early anfternoon. Ordered a frapp and got what looked like a coolata. Just a white frozen drink. No coffee! I was told I needed to specify that I wanted it to have coffee! That makes no sense! Her attitude was nasty and she was not apologetic. Had to drive back around and go inside to get my dinner RIGHT way! Since when do you need to specify that you want coffee in your frappacino?! That sounds dumb af! I don’t spend seven bucks for frozen milk with flavor in it. These people need to be retrained or they need new employees that have better customer service experience and basic English comprehension. SMH

I know you may look at me saying "oh but food service and atmosphere are 5 stars." I know it is, but the one thing that will piss you off when I'm trying to get some good coffee, is that the drive thru, and the inside, have an horrible wait time. I just wanna get my Grande coffee with whole milk, and go to work. But NOOOO. You have to wait half an hour, to get 1 coffee. Nothing else. And it's not helpful. I have been late every single time I come here, and guess what? I try to get out the drive-thru, but nah, people just attempt to cut me off and bump into me. And they are at fault, always, and this little bump also gets late. Just go in at 12:00, it's not worth the wait to go get a drink at 8 in the morning on your commute to work.
