This is my go-to Starbucks. They get packed at the drive-thru, but the Barristas are INCREDIBLE here, they know you & your order as soon as you pull up (for regulars, obviously), and they always get it right.I give them a crazy amount of credit for being constantly the busiest location nearby, but always taking it in stride - kudos!

I just want to acknowledge a young lady that helped me out today. Her name is JADA! Thank you so much again. I came in on my way home from work and I usually stop to get my usually peach green tea lemonade to break my fast. Unfortunately they were out of the green tea, but she suggested that I try something similar ( black tea lemonade with peach juice) . I told her I never tried it with any other tea before, but she was kinda enough to say that If I tried it and didn’t like it, it would be no problem. I was fasting so I told her I wouldn’t be able to try it right then and there. With no question after that she said “ I will give it to you for free because it’s not your fault” now that right there is a remarkable act of kindness that we don’t encounter everyday! THANK YOU SO MUCH AGAIN JADA! If you’re not already a supervisor. THEY SHOULD REALLY PROMOTE YOU BECAUSE THAT WAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE START TO FINISH. I loved the drink combo by the way lol

I never write bad reviews on anyone but this morning around 9:48 am. We had the worst customer service in the drive through. The attitude both these women had was unbelievable. The manager of that location needs to say something to both of them because this is the second time it’s happened to me same women. They clearly didn’t want to be there or do their job. Very hostile at the drive through screen and very rude at the window. Both women are Spanish, the older one had glasses. Horrible service.

If you are a coffee lover you will feel good with the aroma as soon as you open the door ? and enter the store. They also has a drive through in case you don't wanna enter the store. They have various flavors of coffee, milk beverages, juice etc. They also sell coffee, beverage holder/bottle etc. Staff is nice only thing I believe is these stores are pricey even a small cake pop is $3-$4. See pics and videos for more details. They have nice seating place for meetings, catch-up etc. They have outdoor seating space also. Parking ?️ spots are available. Thanks ?

It’s impossible to get a fast coffee here takes forever to get it! Two registers and only one open too bad there is no other Starbucks nearby I would’ve completely avoid this one!

There was a very upset customer and the barrista chose to correct her about her order instead of trying to just take care of the issue. Although she added more to her cup the damage was already done. Not a good scene. Her attitude was very defensive. Our order was taken but I had to ask for a cup cozy for my hot drink as well as the stem to keep the drink from spilling in the car. My food was hot but I did nitice that it was not put in to warm up until I asked where it was. Was on our way to work, I was not the driver but you best believe I will not be back there.
Lovely place but the drinks are not always consistent as other Starbucks I’m used to visitingDietary restrictions: As with any Starbucks, do you have all different varieties of milk options; so quite goodKid-friendliness: It’s quite family friendly
The rude girl at drive-thru is she for real? And after all that gave me a stacked cups for one of the drinks. The black coffee i ordered was in a dirty cup with syrup on it that's why it was a double cup. The coffee was thrown out - I have no confidence in this store. She probably did something to the drink.

I hate to be a Karen but omg I had the worst costumer service at this Starbucks with this one older lady with glasses who took my order through the drive thru around 9:10 this morning. She rushed me and kept saying “anything else” in an irritated tone. Which I was fine with cause I also work in costumer service and I know it can get stressful but at least be kind and professional. But yeah so I basically forgot to order oat milk so when I got to the window I apologized cause I hate to be that costumer but I genuinely just forgot and I can’t have regular dairy. And this lady told me I had to go around and wait through the whole drive through all over AGAIN!? like girl what? I was about to be late to class so I just went inside this really nice girl helped me shout out to her! She deserves a raise she definitely handled the situation better than that lady. No hate to her tho but still lady with the glasses you should have better costumer service you where so mean. Ugh I just can’t stand mean people like please just BE KIND! ❤️

I requested a tall cappuccino, but upon receiving it, I found that over half the glass was filled with foam.
