The boy who works at the cash register is a super bad person, he doesn't know how to serve people, he doesn't even say hello. And it is pretended that people are not waiting. Besides, he charges badly. Very bad service. we are buying. Not being able to give away

Fantastically located within Macys and menlo mall. You wouldn’t notice this until you walk to the corner of Macys . It’s actually a heaven for walking husbands who shop with their wives ;) take a 10 min break and sit and sip a coffee . There is absolutely no place to sit inside Macys and this one gives an option to sit for sometime .

Service was good . Went on a weekday and there was no one around . Loved the cortado.. this is an excellent addition to the menu.. brown sugar plus oat milk was just amazing .. coffee taste stuck on for hours . Well done Starbucks team to introduce this .. lemonade was ok . Donno why Starbucks still sells bagel and breakfast . It is just so below average . Bagel tastes like rubber especially when they don’t toast it and give it as is . Pls stop the food business and concentrate on. Coffees . Good experience overall. 4 stars .. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Starbucks at Menlo Park mall in the Macys store is absolutely disgusting. That is the worst coffee shop I have ever been in, just dirty. Garbage all over the floor, the tables, the garbage is overflowing. The kitchen in the back is filthy, and the customer service is terrible.

Hours are irregular and not as posted. The manager of this location will spontaneously decide to close the shop so staff can attend to matters that should be attended to while simultaneously serving paying customers. Lack of proper management.

If I can give this place 0 stars I would . I waited a whole hour for a frapp , I would of had to wait longer if I didn’t go off . This the slowest Starbucks I ever been too and I work at Starbucks my store is better . Customer service is awful they don’t even call your names for your drink or food . The guy made my frapp wrong I asked for almond milk he put whole but I still walked away with my drink because I didn’t wanna wait another hour

The staff here are incredibly polite and I always have an amazing experience with them whenever I order from this location. I normally mobile order and receive the order on time, but recently the orders have been extremely late (given that it’s holiday season). I’m not blaming the staff in any way possible, rather the fault is to whoever is in charge of scheduling at this location. Are you serious? Who in their right mind would schedule TWO people during holiday season in a MALL?! These poor workers are being bombarded with insanely long lines and customers who request crazy things at the mobile order pick up section of this location. Somehow, they are all still so polite and keep their calm. Two people running the register, taking orders, making the drinks, AND preparing the food two days before the New Year is just ridiculous. Hats off to these employees. For the people saying in their reviews that they’re slow - no they’re not. This location is extremely underscheduled. Two people can only do so much at a time. I’m not even upset that one out of the two items I had ordered in the app ended up being unavailable AND had to wait over 25 minutes for the order. Rather, I’m upset that Starbucks seems to think that it’s okay to have two employees running the entire location during the holidays. I was there on 12/30/23 around 5:55pm. The two workers (one male and one female) were doing the best they could — THANK YOU! Please add more staff so things can run smoothly and your staff won’t be so overworked.
