I just wanted to say, whoever made my mocha cookie crumble frappe at around 12ish, that was honestly the best one I’ve ever got made for me and it was beautiful and so yum 🤤 thank you to whoever made it I will never forget you

Went here with a group of friends and thought it would be a fine enough place to dine in, other then simple stains on desk everything was fine however while i was eating i had seen A RAT!!!. It had been crawling on the bottom side of refrigerated drinks section, i was shocked and my appetite gone, i started to wonder when was the last time they had cleaned that place. PLEASE CLEAN AND IT WILL BE BETTER!!!!

The person who I believe to be the manager whose name is Edwin is extremely rude to his workers and speaks to them with no manner of respect. I understand the workers are below his position but it gives no necessity for him to be disrespectful and speak to them as if they are toddlers when they are all grown adults. I believe the way a manger is to his workers reflects on the way the workers give service, a healthy and respectful environment would have made it better for me and my friend to have enjoyed our coffee.

I always do a quick stop to visit Amanda at Macys Starbucks before entering the mall She does the best delicious drinks from matcha to espresso she’s does really amazing job at delivering a good cup of anything!! her amazing customer service is very professional and very knowledgeable about what her customers want 10/10 look for Amanda 👌🏽

Extremely slow. Got my drinks 15 minutes after what the mobile app says. I also ordered a snack thru the app which they don't have in stock but never updated online. They didn't even tell me before I waited even longer and asked for it. They also refused to provide refund and told me to call Starbucks customer service. This is a terrible experience and I advise not going here.

Specifically said to put extra and they skimp it. The light skin with the glasses needs to just quit since he can’t do simple tasks right. Guess I won’t be going here anymore. Also, it’s fun to watch your stocks plunge btw, it’s definitely within good reason if you treat your customers like this all the time, I can’t wait to see Starbucks go bankrupt. That’ll be fun news to watch on tv.

The boy who works at the cash register is a super bad person, he doesn't know how to serve people, he doesn't even say hello. And it is pretended that people are not waiting. Besides, he charges badly. Very bad service. we are buying. Not being able to give away What bad service and bad timing.
Fantastically located within Macys and menlo mall. You wouldn’t notice this until you walk to the corner of Macys . It’s actually a heaven for walking husbands who shop with their wives ;) take a 10 min break and sit and sip a coffee . There is absolutely no place to sit inside Macys and this one gives an option to sit for sometime .
Service was good . Went on a weekday and there was no one around . Loved the cortado.. this is an excellent addition to the menu.. brown sugar plus oat milk was just amazing .. coffee taste stuck on for hours . Well done Starbucks team to introduce this .. lemonade was ok . Donno why Starbucks still sells bagel and breakfast . It is just so below average . Bagel tastes like rubber especially when they don’t toast it and give it as is . Pls stop the food business and concentrate on. Coffees . Good experience overall. 4 stars .. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️
