I visited the location on August 7th to start my day. I had two matches and a frappe. My server, Lyle, seemed bothered when taking my order. I requested two water cups for my child, who was thirsty and wanted water. Lyle informed me that I had to wait because he wanted to take the next customer’s order. However, it’s important to note that I had already ordered my drinks and was simply waiting for the water. I ended up waiting an excruciating 12 minutes for a cup of water. This experience was incredibly frustrating, especially considering Lyle’s rudeness and inability to provide water to my child while I was waiting. It’s clear that Lyle requires better customer service training.

Visited the Starbucks at Menlo Mall and ordered drinks and snacks. The drinks were good as expected, but the snack portions were very small, and the taste was just average—definitely not worth the price.
One of the biggest drawbacks was the lack of seating. We had to stand and eat with our 4-month-old baby, which was really uncomfortable. For such a busy mall location, I expected better accommodation for families and more seating space.
Overall, the experience was okay, but I wouldn’t choose this location again if I’m with my baby or looking for a relaxing break.

As others have experienced, there is a woman working at this location that is unprofessional, rude and is single-handedly making this location awful.
Stopped here three times in three days. She was working two of the days. Backwards hat, chains, and calling one of the employees stupid. He was obviously new and she was just laying in to him. Swearing, saying things under her breath…
I got up in line to order and she claimed they didn’t sell what I requested. I said “I ordered it yesterday.” She said “we ain’t got that. You can only get (whatever).”
I said, “I’m certain you have it; it’s on that tap over there.” The new kid said “it’s the nitro tap.” She told him to shut his mouth then told me she was “just making sure” that’s what I ordered.
It took her 7-8 minutes to pour the cold brew (from a tap). The entire time she was loudly complaining about every incoming order.
Life hack: if things are so awful, work elsewhere. You’ll be happier as will all of us.

The woman working there in 5/5/25 approximately 12pm had not only an attitude, but I asked for little ice in my iced tea and she literally put a single ice cube in it. If you don’t like your job, or a certain type of customer, find another job. Pretty much done with Starbucks in general

I don’t usually leave reviews, but after two bad experiences in one week, I felt I had to say something. The first time, I walked up to the counter and the employee was loudly cursing and yelling in front of customers — and I had my child with me. Then, after I placed my order, the same employee just stood there. When I asked about my drink, he said, “Oh, I forgot!”
A few days later, I went back hoping for a better experience, but it was just as bad. No greeting, the employee looked annoyed the whole time, and my order was wrong. Overall, it’s just been really unprofessional.

This is the worst Starbucks with the most shitty service, atmosphere and administration I have ever been in my life. I absolutely do not recommend going there.

I typically grab a coffee when I get to target to drink while I shop. When I ordered my coffee Sunday 7/7, the man at the register was very nice. However, the person who made my drink was very rude. She was putting drinks out without saying what it was or who it was for, and when I asked what one of the drinks was to see if it was mine, she sneered and said “doesn’t it look like an iced latte?”. I apologized, then she rolled her eyes at me and proceeded to make drinks. Truly uncalled for and not appreciated.

Nice ambience, good service but little noisy which is expected as it’s inside the busy Macy’s.

I asked for hot Pike place, they said they only have Blonde and served me luke warm coffee. After I complained, they took the coffee and brought back the same one, a little bit more colder this time. They said to person behind me that they are ‘out of coffee’. Outrageous
