Poor customer service. Rude barista reprimanded me for using the drive thru to buy gift cards during the holidays when it was pouring rain outside. This wasn’t my first negative experience with this particular employee either. I was coming here on a daily basis.
To add, there is a variety of reasons people may use the drive thru including limited time, kids in the car or due to disabilities. Never assume or judge. I won’t be frequenting this location anymore and I suggest you also find another friendlier location or try Dunkin.

This is the Starbucks close to where I live, so I go there more than any other location. Sometimes the staff is really friendly and helpful, but sometimes they’re really quite unorganized and and not customer service focused. It seems like there’s a lot of turnover of staff. Many times over the years my order has taken way longer than it should and has even been wrong, and today my daughter forgot to add a food item to our order and when I asked them if they could add it on, they made no attempt to help us, but told us we had to go to the back of the drive-through line, which was significantly long and not a possibility. While I get that there was a line and they didn’t want to add a food item when I was already at the counter (despite it being a prepackaged, ready to eat item), and the fact that I have made many allowances over the years for their staff errors and making me wait, it’s a little disappointing that the same service, courtesy and latitude could not be extended to a customer. First world problems, but it really set a bad tone for the morning.

Service was decent, but explain to me why I’m being prompted for a tip on a plain black coffee? That’s awkward enough. What really sealed the deal was after I actually tipped, my dog didn’t even get a pup cup. So basically, I paid extra for… nothing. Bravo.
I had set up a business meeting and the place was good to have a conversation. It is located on a street with several cafes and restaurants. It turned out to be a good choice.

This Starbucks was well kept, had a drive-thru, spacious sit down area, and wasn't overcrowded. It is however, located on an extremely busy road. It can be very difficult to get out of the parking during peak periods. The inside was modestly decorated. I really only go for their lemon loaf, so I can't speak on their coffee.

I usually always have a good experience here, but today I ordered a venti drink and at the window I was given a grande. I simply asked them to give me a venti, which plenty of other Starbucks have no problem doing. I paid for a venti. The woman working the window gave so much attitude and told me I had to go around the drive thru to get a venti. There was no one even in line. It’s not THAT hard to do your job. I’m never coming back here, horrible costumer service and bad attitudes.

Me: “hey I’ll have a grande caramel ribbon crunch frap with decaf shots of espresso instead of coffee base” Them: no we can’t do that… Like I’m sorry. What? I was a barista for 3 years I’m pretty sure you can… Girl do your job. Also anti DEI to so I’m not surprised. Glad the stocks are going down sis.
