I’m a few days late writing this review but I just want to say I went to Starbucks drive thru for my pickup (after just going the other day) and I received my order from LYKA OR IYKA, (IM SO SORRY IF IM GETTING THE NAME WRONG OF IF I SPELLED IT COMPLETELY WRONG!!!!!!) but before we drove off she had the sweetest smile and said “nice seeing you again!” I kid you not, it truly made my day. I wasn’t feeling my best that day so just her recognizing me again just turned my whole day around. My coffee was amazing. My sandwich was amazing and even long after we left Starbucks I was STILL smiling to myself. It’s just the little things, you know?

Starbucks is really going down. Waited fifteen minutes for one cup of coffee, the barista kept on coming and going away from the register and when she finally took the order, there was not even an acknowledgement for the inconvenience of the wait. Can't blame her too much, there was only three workers, two of them were attending drive-through customers. In the store, there are more customers than three overworked and plainly pissed employees can handle. On the top, I asked for coffee with cream and she put a lot more cream than I would like. Can't blame her, she can't possibly know my tolerance level. Hey Starbucks, didn't you use to have a kiosk for coffee creamer, sugar so that customers can add them to their taste? What happened to THAT Starbucks? Hey Howard Schultz, can we get back 90's Starbucks please?

Worst experience ever i ordered iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken expresso they didn’t add sugar ay all. Remind you this wasn’t my first time ordering this drink. So i went there again for the sugar they just said they added the sugar it tastes absolutely same. So shameful for starbucks to have employees like that.

The manager is really bad, worst expereince they make a wrong drink and dont want to change it. The manager comes and is rude and has no way to talk to customer. Better to go to any other location

Slowest Starbucks franchise I’ve ever been to. Go to the one in Woodbridge instead, it’s busier but somehow it’s faster.

The location, the outdoor area, the seating inside, everything is great, the drinks and food is also great, UNFORTUNATELY THE SERVICE Is NOT! I am rating with a one because I believe that service is the main thing from a place like this, to make everyone invited to come over and spend their money and it is just unbelievable poor. I entered with a friend and NOBODY ever acknowledged us when we approached the counter once the customer in front of us had ordered. We stood there for about five minutes and nothing happened, all the employees there just kept on making drinks, non stop( meaning they are kinda fast making the drinks especially for MOBILE ORDERS and DRIVE THRU, which is GREAT). Working in a place like Starbucks, employees should know they have to be attentive, or how do we order in person? It was just uncomfortable being there, being so ignored!

The drive thru girl this morning wasn’t delightful in serving good customer service. This place need more kind people and enthusiastic to work serving coffee for Starbucks coffee lovers.

The drinks are good but they don’t have enough staff and it looks like Ellie takes her time making her drinks I waited 40 mins for my drink when the store wasn’t even busy!! I’m never coming again! I also ordered paradise drink with salted caramel and matcha cold foam but I clearly don’t see the Matcha the other creme frappe I ordered was over filled that she was even having trouble putting the lid on the whipped cream was out of the cap!
