I went there to fix only the back part of my 11 Pro Iphone. They first messed up with my front screen and tried to blame it on me. They changed the front screen without a problem. Thank god I FaceTime someone and realized that THEY DAMAGED MY FRONT CAMERA OF MY IPHONE AND TRIED BLAMING IT ON ME!!AWFUL SERVICE!! Go somewhere else, YOU MAY GET A DAMAGE CELLPHONE BACK WITH THEM JUST LIKE I DID! AND I HAVE PROOF MY CAMERA WAS WORKING FINE!! I TOOK A SELFIE THE SAME MORNING AND THANKS TO THEM NOW MY FRONT CAMERA DOES NOT WORK!!!

This is one of the worst repairs ever. They took our laptop by promising that they will fix it in a week. Unfortunately it took a month and they kept on lying to us about that it is done. Even at the end of the month the laptop came damaged.

Excellent service. I thought my iPad had a bad charging port or a pin problem. But instead of just talking my money he found it was just a bad charging wire. Thank you. Definitely will go back.

Got my phone fixed here had to come back several times for a warranty exchange after a while got annoyed and just got a new phone.

They were very speedy with repairing my phone and They weren’t rude in the slightest. Just a little note the actual repair shop is the upper level street talk it’s right near Macy’s.

first time providing negative review for anyone...they gave a screen with 6 month warranty. which started causing a problem in 2 weeks... they refused to change...i wud say, save ur money and time and dont go to them

I am NOT a serial reviewer but i want to share my experience with this repair stand.

Their attitudes alright if you're ok with them acting like your best friend as they complain about other customers to you. Their screens for the phones suck! Went through five of them! The reason why I went that many times is because they don't charge for exchanging glitchy screens if they fixed the first one. Don't waste your money there. Go somewhere where the screens are's at least certified or you're better off going to the actual device dealer spend a few extra dollars and a lot less headache and time wasted. Go somewhere where you get a better screen after the first time fixing it! It may cost a little more but it's better in the long run I'm stuck with the screen that doesn't work it doesn't respond it doesn't do anything! I'm not about to sit there for sixth time and with these people.
