I went here about 2mo ago and it said they open at 9am mon-friday online i was like thats great since i worked in the afternoon came at 9 because i work in the food / service industry so ik workers should get there for preparation 30min-1hr before opening to make sure your prepared for the time you have set to open and got there at 9 it wasnt open till 20mins later. Came today because now i work earlier and now it says open at 8:30 so once again i was like great came at 8:40 and the doors are still locked im pretty sure i just saw the person who opens pull in rn and its already 9, 30 mins late?

The lady is as rude as she can get. I clearly mentioned what’s on one side as my friend is allergic to the other. Never ordering from here again. I hope they close it asap.

I had ordered BOGO today and my pickup time was Aug-13-2024 @ 7:05PM. The lady working there, I cant begin to talk about her. She did not begin working on my order until 7:15PM. She was nothing but rude and careless. She barely looked at what I ordered and how much I ordered. She was making what she wanted, not what I wanted. She is not providing food for free. I used and paid the promotional offer that SUBWAY OFFICIALLY posted in their website. When I asked for extra sauce, which was part of my original order, she says, "That's not included, how much did you pay". When I asked her name, she said: "I have no name". Why does it matter how much I paid, when Subway accepted my payment for the order I made? She had issue with giving me what I paid for. I mentioned to cut the sandwich and she did not even bother to that that. Not fit to be in customer facing job.
Only came to this location to redeem a coupon which was rejected. I guess it’s my fault for not presenting the coupon before i placed my order.
Upon paying, she presented me with the tip screen and after a brief awkward silence, she said “this is the best i can do for you” and skipped the Tip screen. After seeing the disappointment on my girlfriend’s face, she mentioned the next time i come back I would be able to redeem the coupon. There won’t be a next time lol.
Go to Jersey Mike’s or Sandwich station instead.

Placed mobile order, lady was rude and said she didn’t have the order and made me purchase the sub again without getting a refund on my mobile order that processed my payment even after showing proof of my order to the store. Avoid this place unless you order in person.
Terrible service. I asked the employee to put extra onions and she said “they can only put 6 slices of onions” then i asked for sauce and she only put 1 dab of sauce and was rude the entire time complaining about her job and her boss. The point of subway is to order what you want. Would never order from this subway again. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

The lady serving our food had issues providing the items we paid for Extra means just that.. extra. She had a grose attitude and spoke under her breath cursing at me Not knowing I spoke her language. It's not the first time neither I gave her the benefit of the doubt the first time around. Now I see she just does not want to be there.

The lady serving our food had issues providing the items we paid for. She behaved rudely and seemed to imply that she was giving us the food for free. Additionally, she failed to include all of the items we had ordered. I strongly recommend avoiding this place if you are looking for a good sub.

Son walked from school to visited Rt. 1 Subway, placed the order on the app for the Amboy Ave. Subway. Called them on the phone to cancel the order so that he could get his lunch at the correct location and they told him that was not possible, that it was his mistake, however he could come get the sandwich. He's a teenager, no car. Unbelievable how difficult it is for someone to be KIND!!!! They would not refund his money and he could not get there so he went without lunch. Called the store repeatedly over an hour to speak to someone, no answer. Rang and rang and rang.

Small space but nice and flexible to eat in, they have chairs and tables there as well.
