Whenever I go I never get disappointed, how others has issue ? don't know. I always found a good quality product ,excellent service and friendly atmosphere. Staff always change gloves on my request and now they know I am vegetarian so automatically they change before starting my order. According the manager they keep 2 different knives for vegetarian sandwiches and meat sandwiches to cut after preparing it. But we also need to keep in mind that Subway is not a pure veg restaurant, cross-contamination can be possible. I have visited so many Subway in New Jersey but this is the best one. Once I have a sub from here I never liked it from other place.

this subway is terrible! they don't ever pick up the phone when they get the order incorrect and they don't really care about the quality of food given to customers. theres cockroaches inside the veggies and its nasty. dont ever go

Their website says 10pm close but they really close at 9.55pm and when you knock the door they give you excuses that the dining closes at 10pm but the door is locked at 9.45pm.

Tried many times only because it is nearby my home. Every time bad experience. Veggies are inferior quality. Never got properly baked. Closing time is always uncertain although it says open on google.

Absolutely horrible customer service, the employees are extremely rude and ill mannered. Wouldn't even let me refill my drink one time. They don't even roast the bread, the veggies patty was soggy and cold. The ice was dirty. I would rate this a zero if I could.

I received Subway coupons (Subway Series est 2022) which were delivered with the weekly mailer about 2 weeks ago. The coupons are good until 8/20/22. I went to this Subway Subway store on Inman Ave in Edison (close by) and was turned away after waiting in line. They told me that they didnt accept Subway coupons. Why are these coupons delivered to homes if the local stores dont accept them? How do I find out where to find a participating Subway store that accepts the coupons?
