Safety issue. They sell bread that expire the next day. No wonder my daughter tasted them so weird, so I had to return them. The manager argued that I should look at the date before buying. The expiration date is on the bottom of the package. How about they make sure their product quality stay fresh and adequate for consumers instead of selling the bread 1 day before expiration date?I am def not coming back!

I bought this on October 23rd and found out it was already expired when I got home! The product has a 120-day shelf life, and they sold it on day 118 — that’s unacceptable. What’s worse, this peanut candy could only be purchased as part of a “spend $20 to add-on” deal. This is a bakery where most items cost around $3-$4 each, so I had to buy six breads just to reach the $20 minimum to get this peanut candy.
As a seller, they should remind customers when an item is about to expire and let us decide whether to buy it. There was no warning at all — and there was still a whole shelf of this product left when I bought mine. Really disappointing experience.

Shop was clean, quiet, good atmosphere, tons of choices of baked goods and polite staff. We got the small Chocolate and Strawberry Custard cake. It was so tasty! Not too sweet, soft in consistency, great layering. If you get a custard cake, expect it to “drool?” since it’s mainly custard inside. Preferably finish it all at once. It was best fresh and almost just as enjoyable a day later; but I wouldn’t recommend storing it any longer.

Good pastry shop. Good iced coffee. Tried the red bean bun and it was fresh and tasty.
Called 8:15 am, wanted to order 2 loaf white bread without slicing, but she said all the bread already sliced in the morning, told her that I needed around 2pm, but she said they can’t sell the bread like that and also the white bread only come out once a day. She also told me that 1 loaf is equal to 3 packs, I said that’s fine, I will pay for it. Then I requested to talk to manager, but she said the manager wouldn’t come today, ask me to call tomorrow. I don’t understand why they can’t sell the loaf bread without slice.

The bakery selection is excellent and there’s a place to sit and enjoy with friends. It’s definitely a fast cafe and not one I wouldn’t recommend studying in.

I am leaving this review as a prior fan of this bakery. For the price point of three dollars for a pastry labeled as a mochi taro, from a premium style bakery, you would expect for this to have filling of taro. When I bit into this, I was severely disappointed there was barely any taro on the inside of this mochi. What is worse is that it didn't taste like mochi at all, but just a flour pastry, false advertising on both fronts. It doesn't have any texture of mochi or mochi doughnut. I purchased another pastry with a similar lackluster filling in terms of the amount that was provided. I am writing this review and concern and as a message to the management team that your customers are going to notice when you skim on ingredients to save on cost.
