Called 8:15 am, wanted to order 2 loaf white bread without slicing, but she said all the bread already sliced in the morning, told her that I needed around 2pm, but she said they can’t sell the bread like that and also the white bread only come out once a day. She also told me that 1 loaf is equal to 3 packs, I said that’s fine, I will pay for it. Then I requested to talk to manager, but she said the manager wouldn’t come today, ask me to call tomorrow. I don’t understand why they can’t sell the loaf bread without slice.

The bakery selection is excellent and there’s a place to sit and enjoy with friends. It’s definitely a fast cafe and not one I wouldn’t recommend studying in.

I am leaving this review as a prior fan of this bakery. For the price point of three dollars for a pastry labeled as a mochi taro, from a premium style bakery, you would expect for this to have filling of taro. When I bit into this, I was severely disappointed there was barely any taro on the inside of this mochi. What is worse is that it didn't taste like mochi at all, but just a flour pastry, false advertising on both fronts. It doesn't have any texture of mochi or mochi doughnut. I purchased another pastry with a similar lackluster filling in terms of the amount that was provided. I am writing this review and concern and as a message to the management team that your customers are going to notice when you skim on ingredients to save on cost.

Unfortunately we ordered 2 medium cappuccinos and my husband's was very low in the amount of coffee, mine was full but my husband's was served very very little, he went to request that his coffee cup be refilled and was denied, no It is fair that we pay and they give us that treatment, it was easy to give him the amount that it was, the man only responded, the cappuccino is pure foam and we what be careful 🌟

Really, everything is light and sweet. However, the vietnamese coffee is just expresso, ice, and condensed milk. It misses the caramel taste vietnamese coffee usually has. I really enjoyed the crispy butter cake, custard, and taro pastry.
