Unfortunately we ordered 2 medium cappuccinos and my husband's was very low in the amount of coffee, mine was full but my husband's was served very very little, he went to request that his coffee cup be refilled and was denied, no It is fair that we pay and they give us that treatment, it was easy to give him the amount that it was, the man only responded, the cappuccino is pure foam and we what be careful 🌟

Really, everything is light and sweet. However, the vietnamese coffee is just expresso, ice, and condensed milk. It misses the caramel taste vietnamese coffee usually has. I really enjoyed the crispy butter cake, custard, and taro pastry.

I am very happy I took a chance on sunmerry. I’ve had sunmerry in Taiwan, and the products were very good there.
I ordered a taro pudding cake, and sunmerry delivered. The cream was light and airy, and not heavy/oily(like the frosting on the cakes at Paris baguette). The taro was actual taro paste, and the pudding was not overwhelming. It was the first time I finished a slice of cake with the frosting altogether.
Terrible customer service from one of the girls at the counter. I walked in to pick up my order and commented on how good the rolls looked that she was packing. With a snotty attitude she tells me the girl next to her can help me. It took me by surprise because I was not rude or disrespectful. I will not be coming back. Very disgusting attitude.

I always reserve special occasion when buying this sunmerry mango moose cake but i was disappointed. It doesnt taste the same as before. They added this chocolate cake inside the cake. And its tricky coz you wont see it from the outside
