My favorite sushi spot in the area. This restaurant is small, but the dim lighting makes for a cozy and relaxing environment. There's so many options on the menu (and pictures, too). I've been here three times, and each visit was great.

They close at 9 PM. I called at five minutes after nine and asked for takeout they made an accommodation the food was fantastic. We took it to go to the hotel as we are out of town or from California. We came back again the next day and enjoyed the food, I was disappointed they didn't have albacore nor Toro, but other than that with food it was amazing, the service was fantastic too!

I picked up take out I know things are more expensive now but picked up Sushi Sashimi delight portions have been cut in half. I have no problem paying more the sashimi was very small portion. Been going to sushio for ten years. You guys are better than this.

It’s the worst service almost waited for the order 30 mins after ordering online and no response from the server even asking multiple times. They took the money first and then started making foodWorst behavior and never go to it

The sushi rolls are really good, they’re very kind and the prices are decent, I highly recommend visiting this restaurant
Food was almost an hour late, but it's Valentine's Day. Sushi didn't taste gresh. The rice in the sushi was hard and tasted old. The noodles were covered in too much garlic and the texture was mushy. Not impressed for a 1st time order.

I used to work nearby in Edison (9yrs ago) and would stop in or order to go lunch special. The quality was always very good. Had the opportunity to go back recently and everything is still top notch. Service is great, parking is easy and the sushi quality is excellent! My go to are the SpiceUp roll and Orange Dragon. Very good!

Unfortunately New Owners and Menu! This Restaurant was Once My Favourite! Now Suzuki Sushi in Metuchen, N.J. is Number ☝️Update-I went back on January of 2024 and once again...I was told you can ask for anything that not in the Menu! Why? They don't have the same recipesOf the Original SushiO. Now it's always Empty and the service is just Ok.
