I was there with my family. The food was really good and tasty, worth the wait. Had a nice time with family. This restaurant had a nice atmosphere. Their serving size is decent, worth the price. Definitely recommend asking the waiter for recommendations and freshness as they know which dish would be best to order. But FYI one of the watergun in your women’s restroom doesn’t work so please fix it so no one get stuck there waiting ??.Vegetarian options: They have some nice vegetarian options on their menu.Parking: You can easily park the car in front of their store.

Excellent food, we catered for iftar for 300 people in our masjid. The food was tasty, fresh and abundant in amount. Food trays were full to the top with food. Everyone loved the food.
Brilliant food, and exceptional service by the manager after realizing we were visiting from San Francisco Bay Area. Best Pakistani food and ambience in East coast and by the way New York Desi food scene especially Pakistani even in mini Pakistan is pretty run down and was disappointing. Definitely place to eat if you are in NY or NJ. Keep it up

Awesome Pakistani/Indian/Bangladeshi food for $$. Unfortunately I have to revise my review because of the of few factors.1- I didn’t receive all the food I ordered.2- The Mix grill platter wasn’t complete and they still charged me for full platter (Bihari Kabab was missing) and I wasn’t informed of any missing item on the platter so it’s kind of cheating.3- We had to wait 50 minutes standing in the door while we were asked to wait for 2 minutes and other customers were given the table who came after us.4- The invoice had 1-2 items which we didn’t receive so review your invoice before you pay.5- The waiter needs proper training. The guys are nice people but they are not trained properly.6- ordered the food 1 hour earlier while we were waiting / standing at the door but still we had to wait more and served last by the time we decided to leave without food. There are a few more notable things but those can be ignored.

Great food and customer service. Must try items are "gobi manchurian" and "beef bihari boti".
Took extremely long even when I called prior and arranged a pick up order … they barely communicated with us given we had to ask 5 times before we got an answer, poor ventilation system & the employees seemed to not care

? Celebrating the 26th Aftar at Tabaq Restaurant, NJ ?After a long break, I revisited Tabaq for Aftar and was pleasantly surprised! It was an exceptional experience, nearly the best Aftar I've had. The reservation process was seamless, even for a Friday evening.I usually skip naan and gravies on buffets, preferring protein-rich options like BBQ. However, Tabaq's Chicken Karahi and Mutton Qorma stole the show, making them buffet must-haves. The service was impeccable.Apologies for the low-quality photos – they were taken post-Aftar in a rush.? Price: ~$28 per person (Note: Total came to about $33 per head with tip and service charges included)? Ambiance: 7/10? Service: 8/10? Drinks: A variety beyond the usual Pepsi/Coke, included? Lemonade/Rooh Afza: 8/10? Chicken Karahi: 10/10? Mutton Qorma: 8/10? Dessert (Kheer & Gulab Jaman): 8/10? BBQ: 8/10? Chicken Broccoli & Fried Rice: 6/10? Chicken Biryani (Pakistani Style): 7/10Overall Value: 7/10? Recommended? Absolutely!A delightful Aftar experience that goes beyond expectations. Will definitely be back!
