This has to be one of the worst Taco Bell locations in the area. The food was absolutely awful, and it wasn’t even served properly. My boyfriend and I went through the Drive-Thru, and this is how his taco turned out. Not to mention our fries were soggy and under cooked. Would you eat this? Would anyone find this acceptable? How can you feel comfortable serving food like this?

I understand it’s the holidays, and staff might be overworked or unmotivated, but if that’s the case, hire more people who care about delivering quality service. It’s fast food, it shouldn’t take a scientist to assemble a taco properly. Whoever is preparing the food at this location should seriously reconsider their role.

Shame on this place. I’ll also be reporting this to corporate. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location one where the staff actually cares about doing their job right. Save your money and avoid the frustration.

On 7th Oct at about 9.10 pm, we went to this Taco Bell and ordered Dine In meal for 4 of us. After about 12 mins our order was given to us in a bag. We were settled on a table and about to start eating, when Ms. Nipul shouted from across the room “this location is closed, you have to get out and eat”! As I went up to her to tell her that this was a Dine In order, she replied in an extremely rude tone and gestured at us obnoxiously! At that point, I asked her to meet with manager, to which she said she was the manager! So I asked her again, why we were allowed to request Dine In, to which she again responded very rudely and cursing that she can not look after everything! Also, another guy Chris came rushing at us saying that he was the higher manager and what our problem was!! On trying to explain him, he also rudely gestured at us and just kept repeating the same thing! There was no politeness, no apologies, no curtesy and just plain rude behavior to me and my family. I asked them their id number and their position at Taco Bell, and they both refused to give and just gave us their names.
We want to have a proper apology for this extremely hurtful experience that has impacted us profoundly.

While we love Taco Bell but unfortunately my current experience at Inman Avenue, New Jersey, USA was completely dissapointing and racist by staff

We ordered at 21.10 for dining and the order was delivered by 21.25, to our utter dismay while we were about to start our dinner the manager Nipul started yelling for us to move out and that we cant have dinner at the restaurant. We tried to figure out why such yell and asked her, the manager got more arrogant and stated whats our problem. Even the senior manager krish came and displayed more arrogance without even even hearing our displeasure.

All what they say that 21.30 the restaurant closes but refused to understand that they took order for dine-in nor did they state that restaurant is closed at 21.30.

The unappologistic arrogance and derogance looked more racist to we Indian.

I surely feel Tacobell should take this as a harsh misbehaviour by staff/ franchise and take appropriate action

I feel not sure with this racist discrimination we would like to visit Tacobell any further
