This place is a worst Taco Bell ever. I went with my family for a light dinner we order bowls to eat and till I order and got the order no one said anything. Than my dad went to get some fork or spoon. It wasn’t there I asked the person inside and he was so rude he said we are out of forks and spoon! Isn’t that the first thing he should mention when giving out the order . How are we suppose to where any utensils. After that he didn’t even bother to apologize or anything. We had ask him again and again for bags and lids.

I placed a mobile order. When I got in there I waited maybe 15 minutes without anyone behind the counter acknowledging me or anyone else. I got so fed up with just standing I had to call an employee over and gave her my name. The only bag that had been sitting on the counter for that entire time was mine. Why have a mobile/delivery pickup option on the side when no one puts the food there and then have to wait 15 minutes without even being acknowledged.

Legit, the only reason this Taco Bell survives is because there is nothing else around for quite a bit. The closest this is McDonalds in South Plainfield.I specifically asked for no guac and they throw this big piece of vomit looking guac right down the center.

We got there at 1:30am and were asking the employee at the door about issues with the app for scheduling our pickup and he was least interest in letting me know about anything or helping me with my issue. Rudely he said that, get in the line and see what you can do about it or get. He didn’t even have the basic curtesy to at least help me with my question before walking back and closing the door.FYI - location closed at 2 AM !If there are employees working at these late hours we appreciate they do so but they should at least be courteous. We have been coming to this Taco Bell since the past 15yrs and this is the first time an employee has been rude by not answering our questions.
