I was quite literally the only person in the store still took them 25+minutes to make the food I ordered. It’s Taco Bell making the whole menus shouldn’t even take 25minutes

I love this taco bell they have great costumer service and my food is always hot and fresh! 10/10 i recommend this taco bell and the food is always delicious.

This evening I was dining in at another Taco Bell location when I decided to use one of my rewards on the app to order the cinnamon twists. However, I accidentally ordered it for the Taco Bell on Woodbridge Ave in Edison. The other Taco Bell that I was at was not too far away, but would have been going the opposite direction of my house. I asked the cashier if that order could somehow be canceled or if I could get the reward back. She said no because it was sent to a different location. She suggested I call the Woodbridge Ave Taco Bell to see if they can cancel the order. I called over to the Woodbridge Ave location and spoke with Rosa. She was unable to cancel the order for me as it was already prepped, but said that if I was able to stick around the other Taco Bell for a little bit, she would swing by with the cinnamon twists. I told her not to worry about it as it was my mistake, but she said it would not be a problem as it was actually on her way home and she didn't want me to lose out on my reward. So I agreed. When we met up shortly after, I tried to tip her for going above and beyond, but she refused to take it. Rosa's kindness and generosity was so sweet, and she really brightened what had just been a long, exhausting day :)

One more thing... a couple months ago I ordered from the Woodbridge Ave location on the mobile app and my order got messed up. Not drastically, but still, not what I paid for. However, the manager fixed the mistake and even gave me a coupon for a free taco!

Workers are people too, and sometimes they make mistakes. It is how they handle those mistakes that can often make or break an establishment. Whether the mistake was my own, like in tonight's situation, or the establishment's, I felt that both times the customer service was excellent. I was super grateful for both of the people I interacted with, and for their willingness to go above and beyond.

They did not complete my drive through order. I received half of the order I paid for. If I order two burritos, I should get two. It is not my responsibility as a customer to check if the order is correct; that is the job of the staff.

I am here waiting at 10:30 am but its closed what’s the point of putting wrong hours on google if the employees are not opening the restaurant bad service

I’m really not one to write negative reviews but please DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! this is the slowest fast food service I’ve ever experienced. Went here once and waited almost an hour inside for my food, we were told they fill the drive through orders before the people who are dining in. A couple months later (today) I did a DoorDash order and I’m told that the store is delayed..surprise surprise! I will not be going to this Taco Bell anymore, the one on route one is much faster! I hope the owner reads these reviews and makes some changes asap.

This location is horrific. We ordered at 12:52 and received our food at 1:55. Are you kidding me?? It was a taco and a drink, I should not have to wait an hour, and be yelled at by the employees the entire time when they broke policy and allowed youth to be in the restaurant after 12. This is disgusting and absolutely unacceptable. And, my order came out incorrect and I had to have them fix it. It was a crunchy taco supreme, but without any supreme components, making it a loss for me if I didn’t ask them to fix it. And my friend ordered a mexican pizza and half of the pizza simply had no sauce. It looked atrocious. Somehow the employees messed up everything possible and made this the worst possible experience, all the while yelling at the customers who had already paid and were waiting patiently.

Since this one is a relatively new location, I cant speak too much for it but I’ve eaten here twice so far; once for take out and the other dine-in. In both cases, the tacos were stuffed fully, and tasted fresh. I always substitute meat for beans and they did not mess this up either time (in comparison to the other Edison location, that frequently messes up orders and gives very light-handed portions). Despite the negatives reviews of this location so far, I’ve not had a bad experience with them yet and will continue to choose this location going forward!

Update: I’ve ordered from this location about 10 more times since this review. My opinion still stands. Service and food has been consistently good!

I ordered food on the app., waited 5 minutes then went in only.to wait another 20 to 25 mins while they concentrated.on drive thru. What's the point of ordering on the app if they r going to serve 10+ ppl in drive thru before they even make.my.order and others orders.....should have ppl.on drive thru and others on app orders and orders done on the kiosks.
