food was good sauce wasnt oily but oil thing was that the SALT WAS ALIL TO MUCH … i order a birria quesadilla comes with 3 pieces 20$ on uber is not worth that price maybe in person is better cheaper

Good birria tacos spot. Tried the taco bowl, chips, corn dish, and birria tacos with consommé. The service was very friendly and food came out relatively fast.

My fav was the birria tacos with consommé. Very flavorful, just wish the portion size was bigger.

Parking is a bit tight so keep that in mind when parking here.

A year ago, I wondered what birria tacos are all about, but now birria obsession has taken over on Taco Tuesdays for my family and me. We are extremely glad that The Birria Kitchen has found a home in Edison. We’re happy to support a locally owned small business.

The place is cozy, clean, and easily accessible. I had called ahead to place a take out order, and Janet was very friendly.
