This is my favorite spot when visiting family nearby. The food is great, the menu has so many options that it will take me years to try all. The cheesecake variety is amazing and really good. The service is fast, despite is always crowded.

Firstly, waiter service was excellent; I believe his name was Leo. I had a new customer complimentary cheese, which was excellent: Pineapple Upside Down Cheesecake. Sadly, my Eggroll Sampler came out quickly but they were room temperature. There was a lot of variety in the sampler but the flavors were just okay. The dipping sauces were delicious, though. My fettuccine Alfredo was sitting in a lake of grease so I could only eat from the top. I have to say, the flavor was really good but I was disappointed about the lack of creaminess, only grease was visible, but I do not return food to the kitchen, ever. The restaurant itself is lovely, the wait staff was friendly, and the women's restroom was clean. I'll be back soon and try a different dish.Parking: They need to provide more handicap parking spots. Considering how large the restaurant and adjacent shopping area is, handicap parking options are few. It was lunchtime on a rare warm day, about 1 pm and any type of parking was difficult.

Went for dinner for the first time and gotta say the food was good but could have been better, I got a burger and it was very dry for a medium well it almost tasted well done. We had to wait over 30 mins for drinks because the waitresses and waiters don’t deliver the drinks and the bar/ bakery was really backed up, it wasn’t like we ordered anything crazy to drink. The table was filthy very sticky and clearly had food residue on it and to make matters worse the utensils were just bare on the tables not wrapped in napkins and they were also filthy with food residue. We had to wait almost an hour to get in and when we got our table confirmation text were told we had to wait an extra 15 mins so they can accommodate people that were there before us. The bathrooms were disgusting urine all over the seat, paper towels overflowing in the trash can and all over the sinks that have water all around the counter, very dimly lit to where you can barely see inside. How this place has passed the health inspection is beyond me. The restaurant is beautiful but you can tell the lights are dimmed to cover the filth and disgust that this establishment is. Our waitress was very polite but we had to flag her down numerous times otherwise she paid us no mind and kept forgetting our order, my cousin ordered a drink and it took him until we had already paid and we’re getting ready to receive the drink. The cheesecake was definitely worth the trip though but I had to take it to go because we were tired of sitting around waiting and the restaurant was basically closing for the night.

Went today with friends and our kids. We were a group of 11, 7 being kids. The service was horrible. Took more than 40 minutes to get food. Food was coming sporadically & 2 of kids were last to be served. We also had a child with peanut allegry. We wanted to order him chicken & fries, but server said everything goes in fryer, they do not have a seperate one for people with allergies. Server was non existent, I had to get up to ask someone for to go boxes and also to find someone to get the check.I've been to many cheesecake factories and this was such a bad experience. It wasn't like the restaurant was crowded or we ordered anything complicated.

Order was not right to far to late to go back called about order waiting 5 minutes for a manager who never picked up very disappointing but I would go back I realize how busy they could be at dinner time to pick up a phone call realize everybody has every chef has a different take on a meal. This place is absolutely disgusting. The floors were so dirty that I was sliding as I walked and the table which was "wiped down" still had leftover food on it and was sticky. Food was ok. Food quality definitely isn't what it used to be but not bad. Never returning.
