Great customers service but the flavors are overly sweet to the point I couldn't enjoy it after a couple spoon.

I’ve been to The Ice Cream House a few times before and always had a pretty good experience. The ice cream is solid and the atmosphere is cute. But during my most recent visit, I ordered an ice cream and a milkshake and was really disappointed. While preparing the shake, the staff member accidentally spilled some of it on the counter… and then tried to scoop it from the counter back into the cup. That was honestly really off putting and unsanitary. We didn’t make a scene, my boyfriend paid for the shake anyway, but we ended up throwing it out as soon as we left. Sadly, after that experience, I don’t think I’ll be coming back. I hope this was a one time mistake and not the usual standard for cleanliness.

Marla is a very sweet, kind and nice professional, runs a cute small ice cream shop in Edison. This place has huge variety of different ice cream flavors, snacks, & food items. Reasonable prices. Service is great. Marla gives personal attention to the details in the shop. Really nice service, and we can't wait to go back again.

Everything in this place is impeccable. The only issue is that it is sometimes so busy that their skeleton staffing can be swamped. Even then, they are great with how they handle everything.
