They have plenty options, it’s one of my favorite bubble teas out there. I wish there were more locations. I tried one of their signature drinks, but they also had some seasonal options that looked really good😍

For the second time in a week I ordered the basic green tea with brown sugar boba. Sorry to say the boba was consistently sour, too sweet and soggy! I am done with this drink！
Also I was the only customer there at round 2pm on a snowy day and the kid there told me to just place the order from the tablet while playing with his phone. What kind of BS service was that ？ I am done with this place!

I got the matcha brown sugar milk. It was really good and had the perfect flavor. The speed of the making was pretty fast. Over all it was pretty good in my opinion.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!! Absolutely amazing taiwanese style dirty brown sugar boba. They make these tapioca fresh daily!!!! I got the #5 Tiger meets Pudding and it was OUTSTANDING. Such gentle flavors and textures in just one drink with so few ingredients, they should call this drink Tiger meets Magic!!!! Staff is very helpful despite large amounts of orders and is always willing to help and explain to you what is in their drinks! There was a long haired asian gentleman who was keeping the store very clean, washing hands after handling money and very efficient! Will be coming here again with my friends and family for sure!!!!!

Not only is she incredibly friendly and professional, but her energy adds a special touch to the whole experience. She knows the menu inside out and can offer great recommendations if you're unsure of what to order. Her attention to detail ensures that every drink is prepared perfectly, with just the right balance of flavors. She handles the busy environment with ease, keeping a smile on her face even during rush hour. Definitely someone who makes your visit to Tiger Sugar even better!

as my first time trying tiger sugar I came to this location and was greeted by a very kind skinny brunette lady at cashier. She was so helpful in telling me what each drink was and how to order! She also made my drink and it was so yummy, will definitely be coming back

I had to share my terrible experience here today: kitchen staffs are reluctant to respond complaint; kitchen staff taste bubble tea with SAME straw of my friend; and kitchen staff laugh twice like she DOESN’T care what she made. We ordered three bubble tea today, weather was hot so milk went bad. Every cup tastes like beer, sour and with bubbles. We went back and asked them to refund for us, when i described this for 2 mins, two female staffs was just stood there and didn’t come up and checked problem. A guy staff sit very behind and whispered, I can’t hear him. When I said, exm? What’s that? Could u please talk louder? Till I have no patience, all of them stayed away from counter and had no response! I said I can’t hear u at all! Then he came, took my friend’s bubble tea and walked back to his seat. What shocked me is he tasted a little with SAME straw of my friend??? Is that professional for a staff worked in catering industry? A female staff laugh a little when she saw her co worker tasted and said yes, this was bad. Another customer heard my complaint and asked her please don’t use that milk! She said I won’t hahaha. I was really angry i told her that’s not funny! She denied asap: i didn’t laugh for that! Then what made u laugh for delivering a bad bubble tea to ur customers? Why u used stinky face and dunno respond? Shame on ur employees training?? We r not only one facing problem. We did see other customer came to them and told them the bubble tea was unusual and went bad, this store is totally lack of responsibility and had no professionalism.

For once, I splurged on some tiger sugar boba. I got #8 Brown Sugar Taro and was pleased with it. The taro is freshly made and has like a thick pudding texture. It’s not too sweet and it is difficult to drink through the straw. The boba was very sweet and made from brown sugar, so it really balanced the taro out. This was my first time getting this $7 drink and I was not disappointed. I specified for the creame mousse and oat milk to be added but I don’t think they did because it did not taste richer. It also was not reflected in the receipt.

I used to have drinks here every time I go to Hmart. But now it’s just not as good as it used to be. Ordered oolong tea and she got the wrong drink. Although she changed with a new one but every sip feels like a battle with your taste buds. Can’t drink it at all. And the other drink I ordered mochi is not fresh. I’m so disappointed and regret to have all of these. Please save your money and avoid this place.
