Tio Taco and Tequila Bar is a great spot for a casual lunch. I went on a Saturday, and the food was fresh, flavorful, and a good portion size. I didn’t have any alcohol, but the overall experience was really enjoyable. I’d definitely go back!

I have passed this place by so many times and was always curious about the ambience and menu. It is a great restaurant to relax, enjoy a cold drink and a delicious meal. I had guacamole and a beer but I will have a margarita next time to “balance my diet” 🤣😜 Gabriel was my server and very courteous and attentive. Sophie, the manager was a delight to chat with. I will be back for more 😊

Ordered a delivery order and got a burrito the lettuce was slimy and had bad flavor, it was basically rice and beans, even though i got protein in it.
Always a fun time at Tio’s!! Celebration time and no better place to have a great meal and a lot of fun than here. The food and atmosphere is terrific and the staff has never let us down. Drinks were excellent as well!

I visited Tios today with my boyfriend, and unfortunately had one of the most disappointing and unprofessional dining experiences I’ve ever encountered. My boyfriend accidentally left his ID at home. We attempted to provide a photo of it, which we fully understood could not be accepted. However, from that moment forward, the server’s demeanor turned hostile. I presented my valid ID and ordered a drink, which took nearly 30 minutes to arrive. When I later requested a margarita flight, the waitress loudly and obnoxiously announced, “Yeah, I can serve you once you fully consume your drink.” This was shocking. I had only just received my first alcoholic beverage of the evening. Her assumption that I intended to overconsume was baseless, unprofessional, and frankly insulting. I calmly asked who had made up that rule, as I know from my own experience in the food and beverage industry that the actual guideline is against overconsumption—not ordering two drinks at once. Instead of handling the situation with professionalism, the server raised her voice, turned her back on me, and threatened to involve a manager. When the manager arrived, rather than de-escalating, she too spoke to me in a raised voice. At this point it became painfully clear: what should have been a simple, respectful interaction turned into a hostile and discriminatory experience. As someone who has worked in restaurants myself, I know the standard of service and respect that should be expected. What I encountered at Tios was the opposite. The behavior was dismissive, unprofessional, and carried undertones that made me feel singled out. It is deeply disappointing to see a restaurant I’ve supported for so long demonstrate such poor hospitality, especially when its theme centers on a culture that does not appear to be authentically represented by its leadership. I left feeling disrespected, unwelcome, and disgusted by the lack of integrity in how this was handled. Customers deserve far better
