My girlfriend and I visited last night and were seated promptly. A young staff member took our order but after waiting 15–20 minutes, we still had not received any drinks. We flagged down another server, who said she would put the order in. After an additional 10 minutes with no drinks or updates, I looked for assistance again. A man wearing a blue shirt (who appeared to be a manager) came to our table and told us our order would be out in 2–3 minutes. During this time, we noticed other tables that were seated after us receiving their drinks and food. After waiting another 5 minutes with nothing served, we decided to leave.
I was extremely disappointed, as we were genuinely looking forward to dining here. The service was very poor and based on this experience, I would not recommend this restaurant.

It's okay, nothing to write home about. It is incredibly noisy, you can't even hear each other. The drinks are expensive.The food is average. They are saving grace is their staff.Is terrific

Super packed at times but a good beer selection IPA's and stouts. If you manage to get a spot at bar order the firecracker starter it's one of their best apps. Plenty of bar tenders so super helpful and attentive!

Love this place ! Been here multiple times but last night stood out. Had a big crowd out for a dinner and Natasha was our waitress. She was amazing! She was constantly making sure we were all good with food, drinks, etc. And I can’t forget the food is amazing!!!!!

My name is Steve Anglin. I just came back from an event with the American Association of Blacks in Energy and wanted to share a huge thank you to Tommy Bar and Tavern. Joe, the manager, and our server, Ana, were incredible.
We were a large group from PESG, and Joe handled a situation with true professionalism. Ana was attentive and kind the entire evening. Because of how well they treated us, we’ll definitely be coming back for more events.

Earlier this week, I accidentally left my wallet at the restaurant and didn’t realize it until the next day. When I returned and inquired, the new manager, Ricky, was incredibly professional and helpful. He verified my identity using a secondary ID (since my driver’s license was in the wallet) and promptly returned it. Not only was everything intact—including a significant amount of cash—but he also refused to accept a tip, saying it was simply part of his responsibility to take care of customers.
This note of thanks goes not only to Ricky but also to the entire staff for their honesty and integrity. Experiences like this are rare, and it only deepens our appreciation for a place we already loved.
