Golfing is always fun, we love coming here but today was a not so great experience. Party of 4, me and my friends been to this location in the past. When we were placing our order everything we wanted was unavailable so we settled for alternatives. Chicken wings were pink and not fully cooked. The server was nice to replace the order for something else but that order was incorrect too. At the end, we ordered a desert that was also unavailable so we picked the cookie crumble sundae. The sundae was bad lol straight whip cream. The server also told us we can sit in our section and have the ice cream but 2 managers came up to us saying we have to take the sundae inside to the bar. When we mentioned that the server was the one who said we can sit and have our dessert they said the server isn’t authorized to do that. As managers, don’t give the paying customer an attitude. Train your staff and have better communication on what your staff is allowed and not allowed to authorize.

Great golf experience. Bad and unfair billing experience. Either the employees dont know how the billing works or they are conveying fraudulent information.I had a 10.45am reservation but wasn’t able to make it. Talked to someone and they said I’ll be charged $15 fee if I postpone the reservation. But if I still go the same day, they’ll put me on a wait list and I can come in 1.5 hours later and I won’t be forfeiting the reservation fee. So we decided to go the same day. At the time of billing they said the $25 deposit I paid for my morning reservation was forfeited (i.e, wont be applied towards my current bill) because I was late. I ended up paying for the playtime plus $25. Billing could be a ripoff here if you dont pay attention. Company should do better job at educating their staff.

Got scammed out of hundreds of dollars with their "promotion"! I wanted to get a bay to celebrate my GF's birthday w her son here last year Aug. A few days before, I saw that there was a promotion to get some extra % credit if a top golf credit was bought (I believe $200 or $250) and bought it. Then I booked the bay but when it came time to pay, I was told I could not use any of my credit to pay for any part of the cost! Not the bay, not the drinks and not the food! I spoke with the manager and he said theres nothing he can do so I had to put the entire bill of hundreds of dollars all on my credit card and essentially paid more than double for the experience!I still have this useless "credit" of over $250 which I don't think I will be able to use because of "restrictions".We had such a bad taste in our mouths that we haven't gone back.DON'T FALL FOR ANY PROMOTIONS THAT WILL TAKE YOU MONEY WHICH REALLY CAN'T BE USED!

The workers here were absolutely unbelievable! My chicken was raw, the workers gave the insinuation of attitude, and the environment felt very unwelcomed.
