Best soup dumplings in the area! For the price and taste, you cant go wrong. Between Tasty Moment, Wu's Dumpling and Nan Xiang Soup Dumplings, I would pick this spot over and over again. The restaurant itself is very small so expect longer wait times during busy hours.

Small seating area with less than 10 tables that each table could accommodate up to four people. Expect wait time during busy hours. Very delicious soup dumplings and the price for the portion is reasonable. Staff are attentive and friendly. Definitely recommended for authentic Shanghai dumplings!

The best restaurant I have been to in a while. Not only was the service great, but so was the food! It came quickly, was fresh, and delicious! The portion sizes are amazing as well. Highly recommend the beef scallion pancake and Golden Lava Buns for dessert.

This place is okay, I guess. The food was pretty good, but not worth the 1 hour wait. The service is also okay, so is the atmosphere. One of the bad parts is that this Chinese restaurant doesn’t serve rice!!! The restaurant is good, but not worth the 1 hour wait.

This place is always packed for a reason…it’s delicious! I love the food here, especially the XLB, which is so good. The servers are great and work quickly despite how busy it gets. The only downside is that the restaurant is a bit on the smaller side, but otherwise it’s a fantastic spot. Definitely worth trying!

All the 5 star reviews are right. This place is the real deal.
First of all the majority of their clientele are Chinese, which is a green flag 😁
Their soup dumplings are amazing. I highly recommend trying both options: pork and pork with crab.
So far nothing disappoints. I highly recommend this place is you are craving comfort food.

We ordered a variety of items including soup dumplings, pan-fried udon, pan-fried pork dumplings, beef dumpling and several other items. Everything was amazing and the service was great. There was a line for lunch but it was worth the wait.

I didn’t get any pictures because the whole table immediately ate everything the second it was down there. Absolutely delicious, especially the beef scallion roll, pork xlb, and meatball. We arrived at 12 and waited for 30 minutes for a table for 6, I would recommend coming right at 1130 or later at 130 for a shorter line.

This was our second visit within a few years, passing by from NYC to Maryland/DC. Anyway it is close to NJTP, and most reviews are very positive. However our experience was okay food quality at a reasonable price. I agree with the other reviewer, there are many better alternatives in this greater area.

I present this photo of an empty bowl as my precise point. This place is so good, I cleaned the bowl. The soup dumplings are also some of the best I’ve had. And the prices are very fair which is exactly why I’ll keep coming back. Far too many Chinese spots around here have insane prices. Forget those. Come here for your dim sum and noodle soups.

Expected to wait a while, especially during lunch hour, but we were lucky and promptly seated. We were very pleased with the quality of the food, as well as the speed and quality of the service. It is a cozy restaurant, so be prepared to maybe squeeze in between people to get to your seat. Would highly recommend the beef noodle soup.

Definitely the best Shanghai food in central Jersey. This place is very small and we had to wait in line for 30 mins outside in the cold on a friday, but the wait is worth it. Beef scallion pancake, Hot Sesame noodles, pan fried pork bun all 10/10. Spicy minced pork pan fried udon is fire.

Very small- the people were great, but the dumplings and the pork buns were MID at its best. Waiting in the cold for 40mins for food ill never drive back for.
