I was actually there this morning for the first time, I had a Taylor ham/pork roll sandwich with cheese. It was absolutely horrible !The cheese looked like it was microwaved for an hour. How do you mess up such a simple sandwich ??

The associates in this location are hard working, treated poorly and very much underpaid. The managers should be ashamed, they all sit under this higher manager (Kim) who does not know what empathy or compassion is.The managers are jerks-> the team is anxious and stressed-> poor work quality.There’s a reason this location is understaffed and you can’t get your food or drinks quickly.

Saturday morning not even 9 am yet went to get a breakfast sandwich and staff is standing talking about life no rush in the word. I stood there for 10 min listening about a guy talking about his sushi experience. You have customers piling up and your just talking about different restaurant no respect for customer service

Place is horrible first thing in the morning….Crackhead management everyone moves at there own pace if they even move at all, they act like they can’t hear you I watched the front counter fill up with people why the cashier slowly in a “So what” type fashion washed out old coffee pots there is no sense of urgency, no team work nothing. Just a bunch of zombies standing around. We really need a quick check there instead cause they would never.

Wnt there today Sunday 12 pm. No line for sandwiches, placed my order on the kiosk. Girl extremely slow ok. No problem. I got home opened my two sandwiches, bread stale, girl forgot lettuce and onions on both sandwiches, yet it was on our tickets. Worse WAWA ever. Wherw iarw the managers. You better go check your store.

By far and away the worst run store in the area. The general manager is apparently clueless, and it reflects through the assistant managers down to the crewmembers. WaWa should be ashamed of themselves with the showing this store offers the public.This store routinely achieves an incomplete. This is not a one stop WaWa. There’s nights where they don’t even have gas attendants. Approximately 50% of the menu that is supposed to be available is routinely unavailable.The kitchen here is a straight up mess. They have absolutely no clue about portioning, projection, or forecasting. It’s easier just to make items unavailable instead of learning the proper procedures and making the kitchen work properly and being prepared to meet the customers needs which this particular location has been unable to do. Since it opened.There are other Wawa locations in the area and I would recommend those.UPDATE: On 2/2/23 I gave this location another chance. However, same ambivalence along employees intentionally moving slowly as they’re trying to manipulate customers into not ordering. As usual per many times before. Many menu items are missing. Only thing available is what takes about five seconds to make. WaWa is embarrassing itself with this location. Might as well keep driving past as it is also the highest price of gas in the area. Gas is almost $.50 cheaper an eighth of a mile north on the same side of the road
