You need to bring back specialty burgers !!!!and the old.. thicker tasty fries!!!!!! My Dave's burger was soggy and fell apart while eating!!!! Fries were cold

I come here 2-3x per week. Lately the app doesn't recognize coupons and says the items you're using a coupon for isn't even in the cart even when it 100% is. The last 2-3x when I go through the drive through they just manually input the order and then scan the app and give me the discounted price so I can also get my points. Tonight this arrogant smug guy comes on the intercom around 12:30AM claiming he's a manager saying it's my apps problem and not his so he won't honor it. Cool. Waste of a drive. Didn't get food from them. Won't be going there again. Horrible customer service. Last time I checked the app is a Wendy's app and privately owned or not they should be honoring since this is still a franchise and they work in uniformity. Lost me as a customer. Never again. Service outright garbage.

This is a pretty good location. They're usually fast, and efficient, good customer service, and rarely get the food order wrong. It's pretty clean inside also. I honestly don't have any complaints about this location and come here all the time, not just for convenience but because they're pretty reliable. They don't throw your food together and 9/10 the fries are hot.

Why can’t I order off the app at your location what the hell is going on with you Wendy’s

We really like the flavor of Wendy's. But every time we ask for spicy or buffalo sauce they give us ranch. It's not easier to say no than to get what they want.
Needed a place to catch up with a friend. Bought a kids meal . My first Wendy's burger and it really hit the spot. Good fries and their selection of soft drink was darn good. Friendly and efficient staff. There was a seat that was broken. Needs fixing .

My only problem is when u select dine in they bag everything up and the floor manager said when most people ask to dine in they take it out. Isn't the say the customer is always right so if I asked for dine in please until I come in and ask for a different service don't assume there are times when customers don't want to sit a work nor in their vehicle to eat lunch and want relax now here pulling out of a bag I didn't bargain for and let alone it was packed sloppy with the food falling out of the wrapping.

This is the best Wendy's by far and they never disappoint. They are very generous with the toppings on my regularly ordered Baconator Fries and always provide good, fast service. It can be a little difficult to drive out of it sometimes as its located at a very busy intersection, but that will not stop me from coming back for more Baconator Fries.
