Dryest and most burnt wings I've ever tasted. I tried 6 different sauces, and almost all of them were equally bad. Just some of the worst wings I've ever gotten.

I have never in my life experienced such horrible customer service. I ordered food, received the wrong item, and because I didn’t eat it at midnight when I got home, I didn’t realize the mistake until the next day. When I called to explain the situation, the manager told me they couldn’t help me and that I should have called the same night. I explained that I spent my money, I had the label from the order, and I even had pictures of the food, but he still said, “I don’t care, I can’t help you.”

Always great service. Tried new flavor and was pleasantly surprised how good it was.
The people they have working there are not qualified for their job, which is sad because I didn’t know it was that hard to fry chicken they take the wrong order and every order is a half an hour wait please try to go to a different location. there is no leadership on the staff

Wow. First time having wingstop and my food was delicious. My food was made fresh and delicious. Props to the employees who were working on 3/25/25 at around 4pm. It was ridiculously busy and employees were not immediately attentive but had a right to not be. Although I had to wait a while for my order, the employees were working hard. I blame management for understaffing despite how ridiculously busy and chaotic this store was. But great results.
