This review is completely based on food. Its sooooo bad that i got sick after having it. There’s barely any chicken in boneless wings, most of it was breading. Also Sauce on the chicken sucks! I also got one chicken sandwich it was DRY af ! I have never had such bad chicken sandwich before ???. service was 10/10 though got my food within 10mins of ordering! Sandwich costed me $6 and wings $17 for 20 boneless wings and a large fries. Want to mention that Fries were bad as well idk what seasoning they put it was kinda salty and sweet . So weird !!! Dips were so salty as well. Never ever going back!

I ordered here back in December and felt sick a few days after. Didn’t think it was related at first until I went to the hospital and they couldn’t trace the issue.I was craving it again last Sunday so I ordered it again and I have been feeling sick yet again. Something is off about this place for sure. I wouldn’t be surprised if I have a stomach bug from this food yet again.

I honestly stopped eating wingstop cause this is my local one & the workers seem so off. The Hispanic guy is so sweet & always multitasking but the white lady who I assume is front of the house is so rude & disrespectful. Blatantly ignores everyone. I returned for the seasonal hot honey. My corn had 2 completely burnt piece & it was 1 short. So technically my 10pc corn was 7. I’m not even mad abt the miscount more so that they thought it was ok to throw it in anyway. My friend mentioned the one in Union being the best & worth the drive. Don’t say I didn’t warm y’all.

First time here.. Saul staff was wonderful very polite excellent customer service ! Food was ok i tired lemon pepper chicken it was great & season fried was too salty next time I have to tell then easy on the seasonings! Other than that everything was great!

The obese lady with the mustache at the register has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. It’s bad enough that you work a low minimum wage job but to have a terrible personality as well?! Her life must be that bad.

worst wingstop in the area. would give it 0 stars if i could. walked in and the lady immediately yelled at my friend and I “ARE U PICKING UP” and then she just kept staring at us. we said no we want to order here. she continued staring with a scared look and with a rude tone she said it’s more than an hour wait. and then some guy in the back also in a rude tone was like “u gotta order online we’re backed up right now” so me and my friend just walked right back out. terrible service never coming back here again, they pretty much wanted us to leave.

honestly their is always an issue with this place. ppl stealing orders without them knowing. and if you were to go to the store you have to order online and then picked up. evrytime i go i do the same thing always. this place really needs to be shut down or run by someone else.

0 stars. I went to pick up a door dash order. They’re not lying when they say that they will straight up ignore you. At one point I got closer to the lady to say excuse me and ask her if I could just take the order and go and she didn’t even look at me. I was less than 4 ft away from her. Finally the cook came and asked me what I needed. He seemed confused also. As I waited there I also noticed some very questionable sanitation. I’m sorry but I would not risk ordering from this place.

I'm so perplexed. I believe the other reviews but idk how it's stayed open so long with such bad reviews. And it wasn't busy at ALL when I went at 6pm on Thursday evening. How do they pay 3 employees to be there with no customers?Service: cashier was friendly and helpful. Food came out very fast (to go order, I ordered at the counter)Ambiance: small, but you would be comfortable eating in. I couldn't find a trash can to toss my straw wrapper in so not sure how that's handled w/ a dine in order. Soda machine can use a good wipe down but the soda itself was flavored correctly. Food: I ordered 6 pc boneless with mild and Hawaiian sauces, fries and soda. Came out really fast, and also it seems like they gave me all the chicken they had on hand because this was way more than 6 lol. Seasoned fries are good and salty but not very crispy. They were served hot. Wings were plenty saucy, warm, and flavorful. Additionally: I ordered the 6 pc boneless combo and they gave me like 25 pieces lol
