Finally got to try this place and ordered Wonton and brisket noodle soup. It’s great as expected and would definitely go again just for that. However, I also tried the crispy fried fish skins and I don’t know if I got a bad batch, but they tasted like plastic/chemical. It’s the only reason I didn’t give it a 5. I’d hesitate ordering it again in the future, although many reviewers love it. That’s why I think maybe I got a bad batch.

Wonton Guy in Edison is a must-visit for authentic Cantonese flavors. Their wontons are truly the real deal — delicate skin, flavorful filling, and the broth tastes just like back home. My absolute favorite is the dace fish balls — so fresh and bouncy, it instantly brings me back to childhood.

The Wonton's here are excellent! The broth of the soup is soothing. My stomach not feeling too well? A soup with those big Wontons, the Briskit beef, and noodles TOTALLY hits the spot.

I usually save some soup to take home because it STILL tastes fantastic even after reheating in the microwave.
