Never Disappoints 🧋
Chain from Taiwan. I love their fruits teas but my favorite is their mango pomelo and their egg waffles. 5% discount when pay with cash.
I ordered Yakult peach fruit tea. The flavor is good, but I would appreciate if there is less ice option available other than fixed ice.
Yummy brown sugar matcha iced latte with generous serving of boba.
Mango Pomelo Sago was good, but at 50% sugar I think it wasn't as good as it could be at 75% or even 100%. It was close to, but less than $9 when paying cash. No restrooms for customers.
It was my first time there and it’s a really good place if you are a tea lover. I ordered myself a brown sugar matcha latte & it was alright. I had better matcha before but tea was good!
Have tried YiFang a couple times, but ultimately the only good drinks here are the fruit teas. So get the fruit tea, not boba. The boba topping has no brown sugar flavor at all and the teas are very weak. I do appreciate the owner's hard work but there are other boba spots within Edison that taste much better at a lower cost. Sunmerry bakery in the same plaza does boba for a better price.
Mango pomelo. End of story. Is the only thing I get there.
So fresh! Exceptional ingredients - nothing powdered, nothing fake. The flavors are outstanding.
My absolute favorite bubble tea place, hands down, EVERY time. Always look forward to ending my Edison trip with Yi Fang.

This bubble tea place has nite decoration and warm atmosphere so if you stop by it is good to take a picture of their decoration and taste bubble tea as well
Went to get a peach green tea w sago bubbles plus chocolate hazelnut waffles and they were really good. The tea was very refreshing with pieces of peach I would def recommend. The waffles were made fresh and were so warm and delicious. Will come back again! Also the cashier was really helpful on helping me choose a tea & really nice too!

Their mixed fruit tea 水果茶 is one of the most famous. It's not at all like the usual fruit flavored tea you get in most US boba places. Instead, shuiguocha/ fruit tea in greater China refers exclusively to fresh fruit tea and have no bitter taste of the teas that tends to be in fruit teas here. It's super refreshing on a hot summer day.
Imo out of all the shuiguocha, the mixed fruit is the hardest to get the right combination and only yi fang and mi tea does it well in the Edison area.
Of the two, the yi fang version has pineapples as a standout flavor in their mixed fruit tea and a must of you like mixed fruit tea with a hint of pineapples.
I got an amazing mango pomelo sago here! It only comes iced and in a large with a fixed ice level - all for $8.50. I’ll admit it’s a bit pricey for bubble tea but the flavor was there. I’m a big fan of mango, pomelo, and sago — and this drink had it all in a smooth, sweet synergy. Service was quick too. They’re known for the fruity teas but I’m not sure if they’ll all worth almost ten dollars.
There’s not a lot of seating, only a couple tables and chairs. If you pay in cash, you can save 5% or order off the kiosk. There’s lots of parking because it’s in a plaza with other stores and restaurants.
