First time at this hot pot place and loving it. The food is fresh and plenty of soup base choices to choose from, as well as the spicy level. Beverages are help-yourself style, just like the sauce, which is good in my opinion. Servers are attentive so empty plates won't clutter as new food come in. It was a great dining experience overall. Highly recommend this place !
Food was average. Very very pricy. They make you pay extra for the special broth PER PERSON AT THE TABLE PER BROTH. Doesn’t make any sense.
I would give ZERO star if I could. To all the waiter and waitress in this location, if you don’t wanna work, go home. We eat out for pleasure not to bear with your attitude. All you can eat, they give you 3 pieces of lunch meat for 7 people. You have to keep ordering and ordering and ordering and they’re just so slow and they don’t even add soup for you, they let your pot run dry. Don’t go there, it’s just not worth it.
It’s the best Spicy hot pot I have ever tasted in US. You can choose the spicy level of the soup. I am a crazy spicy lover. The manager added the extra extra spicy sauce for us. The sauce is handmade instead of factory manufacturing. They are really delicate to the sauce, soup and food, which makes the flavor excellent. It used to be ordering the menu. For the time, I found that Yin hot pot have all you can eat menus. The food and sauce is same as before, but the cost save a lot. Highly recommend!
Food was great! They had a a nice selection of broths to choose from and a massive list of foods to put in the hot pot. Their sauce bar was also fabulous.Where it lacked was the service. While they were friendly, they were not attentive at all. We had to get up to request refills on the food and broth and took a while to even get the check once done.
This place ruined my date with my wife tonight. I feel like I got totally ripped off. Sanity, quality of the food, service, price, location, mood, literally everything was wrong. I will never come back to this place. This place is not worth going at all. If I could give 1 tip for the new visitors, this place will charge you for the soup base and the sauce for around $30. This means even before you order any food, you already need to pay 30 usd, and anything you order will be on the top of that. I do not believe my wife and I eat exceptionally huge amount, but we ended up paying around 150 usd. You can have Omakase or go to a very good restaurant in Manhattan with the price. (PLEASE DO NOT BELIEVE FALSE REVIEWS!)
Very authentic Chinese hot pot! Many kinds of food choices for hot pot I have ever seen around Edison area and some of them are commonly seen in traditional Chinese hot pot. Their house made beef tallow soup base is highly recommended for Chinese style hot and spicy lover! They now offer all-you-can-eat options but you can also order single dishes based on your own preference.
Love the restaurant! Very satisfied whenever I dine in with friends, good quality and reasonable price! Recent serving all you can eat, highly recommended!
See what I found in the food, that’s ridiculous that they don’t even meet the minimum standards of cleanliness. Don’t go this place if you don’t want to get sick or even worse. The food doesn’t even taste that good. When I went there, the business is very slow at dinner time.卫生堪忧,为了健康远离这种餐馆
This hotpot is a taste of my hometown. It is one of the best in US. Please ignore those bad reviews. As a chongqing native, I know exactly what to order. :)

It was my first experience at a hot pot place. Food was great, fresh and easy to cook. We loved Pechi he hosted us and gave us recommendations on how to cook it. Now we know the noodles go at the end! Great experience! ?
Had a late dinner right before they closed and Pechi made my family feel so welcomed even right before closing. Food was great and service was amazing! Thank you so much for a warm plate of good food :)
Food was super greasy, and they nickle and dime you for everything, it's not all you can eat either like other hot pot places, they charge you for the soup base(which is either flavorless or just a pot of gross oil) and they charged for every individual item (about $5 per item) that you want to put into the hot pot otherwise you just get flavorless broth, the beef tallow broth is basically all oil as well and it was just gross, im not sure how this place got a 4.1 star rating but it definitely isn't. The service was bad too, we gave the place a chance to fix the orders or offer to exchange it for something edible instead they just pushed the hot pot closer to us and walked away not doing anything else about it. The waitress when taking our order complained that we were not ordering enough(to make the bill higher, we ordered plenty of food) and wasn't very helpful in general and we were the only one in the dining area, no one else not even the waitress, we had to search for the waitress to pay our bill so we could leave. I left hungry, on a side note the bakery next door was very good.
The sauce bar used to be free. Now they started charging for that. Without the sauced the soup will be bland. What we used to do was add the garlic and spring onions to the soup pot. When boiled it will be aromatic. Now for a small cup of crushed garlic we have to pay $15($3 per person)
The tomato base soup is my go to. They changed the menu and some items I usually got are no longer available but it's still delicious and homey feeling.
