The owner is a friend of mine. Still a great place to enjoy good food and company of others.Parking: It's right on Philadelphia Ave. Old style restaurant. I forgot to look. His dad had a glass cabinet in the front of the store. Where the kids would come to the candy. You can't forget about places like that. When you're a kid. The first thing is how can I get some candy cigarettes or Mary Jane's.

I had breakfast with a friend twice @ Al’s and the food was delicious. My friend had an omelette and crispy home fries and I had French toast both times. I got two sandwiches to go twice, turkey & tuna for my brother who lives in the neighborhood, excellent. If I lived here I would be a regular! The food is excellent and the people are friendly. Sadly, I live in Nashville, TN, but I will be back.

Al’s is a cool little place with seemingly deep roots in Egg Harbor City. I got pancakes with sausage and it was delicious. Everything was excellent top bottom, 5 stars all day.
