If I could give less of a star, I would. I’ve been going to this Dunkin’ Donuts for years and never once had any problem, until today. Just trying to order a simple coffee, the worker not only ignored me, kept talking to her coworkers, but then threatened to “take this outside” and fight me when I asked her if we could keep this conversation between us. I had to end up calling the cops because she was so aggressive and started taking off her coat. The manager never apologized until I went out of my way to speak with her and her only excuse was “people are mean to us all the time”. Poor employees, poor management, and poor excuse for a dunkin I will gladly never return to.

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to I live in the area and drive out of my way to go to another store. I made a complaint and it was never resolved. Take the extra drive not worth the hassle

This is the worst Dunkin. They never have or want to make sandwiches after 3. They are rude and act like the customer owes them??? They have to ask you what you ordered 3 times? Maybe stop vaping at the window. Attitude problems and they speak so low at the drive thru as if I woke them. Good luck. You’ll be closed soon.

i had an absolutely horrific nightmare of an experience at this dunkin location and it appears to both me and my friend that was with me, that this isnt an uncommon issue. the girl who i spoke with, arianna, was so rude and ignorant to me, cursing at me, telling me im broke basically. my money sumply wasnt transferring dur to an internet error. it clearly upset me and i was very frustrated at that point. the manager came out immediately siding with arianna not listening to me. another worker came out and tried correcting us when it didnt concern her. not only was the service cruel, the order was wrong. even on yhe reciept it had it typed out, we ordered a PLAIN BUTTER bagel for my friend with very strong dietary restrictions and it was full of cream cheese pouring. we couldnt even address this because of this awful service and awful people .

The staff is very indifferent. Please review your manager and work organization. It is a reason to reduce your earnings.. If you take this comment seriously, you will see the changes I am making this comment right now, but I did not come here once, I came here many times and the interest has never changed.

If I could give this place negative stars I absolutely would. The employees have zero customer service skills and zero people skills. They act as if you are bothering the hell out of them as soon as you arrive. I was picking up an ubereats order. I stood patiently waiting for my order. The girl thought she was done with the order and said here you go with her back turned to me but she was missing more items. They helped someone else that walked in after me picking up an order before finishing getting together the order I needed or aaking me what I needed. No one ever came over to greet me or to ask me what kind of help I needed. And when I asked for the help I needed, I was given a horrible attitude by the female punk working there. Of course, we got into an argument because I tried to explain to her that it is their job to verify the order that is placed om the app, and my job to simply pick it up. The app literally tells you that it is the restaurant's job to verify the order and seal it up so there is no t even any way I can look inside. But instead of listening she continued to yell and refused to finish the order. The turnover here is ridiculously high and it's easy to see why. There is no leadership or management and the kids are left to treat customers however they please. Do yourself a favor and drive a few miles down the road to a different one.
