If I could give this place negative stars I absolutely would. The employees have zero customer service skills and zero people skills. They act as if you are bothering the hell out of them as soon as you arrive. I was picking up an ubereats order. I stood patiently waiting for my order. The girl thought she was done with the order and said here you go with her back turned to me but she was missing more items. They helped someone else that walked in after me picking up an order before finishing getting together the order I needed or aaking me what I needed. No one ever came over to greet me or to ask me what kind of help I needed. And when I asked for the help I needed, I was given a horrible attitude by the female punk working there. Of course, we got into an argument because I tried to explain to her that it is their job to verify the order that is placed om the app, and my job to simply pick it up. The app literally tells you that it is the restaurant's job to verify the order and seal it up so there is no t even any way I can look inside. But instead of listening she continued to yell and refused to finish the order. The turnover here is ridiculously high and it's easy to see why. There is no leadership or management and the kids are left to treat customers however they please. Do yourself a favor and drive a few miles down the road to a different one.

That was the absolute first time I went to a dunkin drive thru and my food was perfect. Didn't have to repeat myself 3 times and the lady at the window was very nice.
I go to dunkin donuts every am This is not my normal one but it is on the way to my daughters house the 25-30 spanish/india girl at the front cashier was down right rude. i will drive extra 10 kins to go to a different one because this one lost my business and i am sure their are other people that feel this way I am pleased that the young african american stepped in and helped me The rude girl said nasty comments to me and refused to serve me. it a shame this younger generation think they are entitled to treat people like that

Apparently the owners hate veterans or are too greedy to honor Dunkin' Donuts national promotion honoring veterans on Veteran's Day.When I came by to order breakfast and get the free donut as well, the drive thru caught an attitude and told me, "we're not giving away no free donut," and, "we don't honor the Veterans Day deal here."

I went here and ordered the mango pineapple iced tea and immediately got an upset stomach after drinking it. A half-hour later, I started to throw up, and it happened after I drank the mango iced tea. I hadn't eaten or drunk anything all day, so It had to have come from the iced tea I had at Dunken Donuts.I will never go there again, at least not to this one.

i never complain but i went to get myself a lil treat (med pumpkin spice iced coffee) and this was a punishment instead. wouldn't be saying anything but i found something in my coffee on top of it, it looks like a piece of wall or like caulk
