This McDonald’s food quality has gone downhill drastically. It use to be once in a while you’d get a bad meal but now it’s every single time. It’s unfortunate considering it’s probably the cheapest place to get food in EHC. Every time I go they make me pull over in the drive through I’d wait 5-10 minutes which is fine but all that and I get the food and it’s ice cold what were we waiting on? On top of that every time I get coffees from this location they taste like they brewed the same beans 20 times I’d try to make it better with their caramel and cream but then this one employee in particular doesn’t follow the instructions for the coffee and puts whatever they feel like and it still tastes bad. I haven’t had any issues with any other employee except this one she is bad at everything she’s not nice, she’s not welcoming, you can barely understand her when she’s at the ordering window, and she makes everything bad iced coffees, the frappes always come out icy and watery with her, the flurries never come out with all the extra add ons you pay for. I’m not sure what her name is but she is the shortest one that works there. I’d hate to call her out but it’s every single time she’s there, so much so that I try to avoid going when she’s there but sometimes it’s inevitable and as soon as I see her I know my drinks are going to be made poorly and be a waste of money. Please DO BETTER!!!

Every time i go there they mess something up the workers are rude and they mess up the order every time and it’s not just small mistakes like forgetting a fry it’s giving us two four peice nuggets when we asked for double cheeseburgers, another incident was when they gave us a whole cheeseburger with the cheese ON TOP of the burger.

A lot of homeless and rowdy teens loitering in there. Don’t go in there if you can help it. The help don’t ware hair nets . Disgusting and illegal.
Worst service ever and will never go back. Inside looked like a free for all packed with people jumbled up waiting for their food and ordering it. Instantly went out and decided to wait in drive thru. Got to the window and they told me I had to go inside to pick up the food so I immediately left. Garbage place with garbage staff

One star is being generous. The way I left feeling yesterday was not ok. I feel disrespected, ignored, and disregarded. I have never been treated so badly at a fast food restaurant before. We left hungry and unheard. No stars

U have the worst coffee in the world. Found a napkin on the bottom of the cup, and the coffee was over-sweet with caramel. Besides, my order from the touch screen was impossible because two coffee machines were out of service .
