Pomona Golf & Country Club

I came to this golf course when I was in middle school! I was in the MD class for students with learning disabilities such as myself!
We came here as a class for a golf trip for a school district tournament im field of dreams
I absolutely loved it!
Now after doing this golf event in middle school over 10 years ago,
I got me into playing and work at a golf course!
Thank you to the staff that aloned us to use this golf course!

I played Pomona Golf Course last week. I had a mid-morning tee time. The pace of play was pretty good. There was group of newer golfers ahead of us, but there was not a lot of waiting for them.

Pomona is a great course for newer golfers. The cost for the 9 holes is pretty good.

The Pro Shop is small but the staff is nice and helpful.

There is a driving range. It is basic but it suits it's purpose.

The course has a restaurant with a bar, but there is no cart service on the course. Bring plenty of water on warmer days.

My husband and I had a great time tonight golfing! And then it just got better when we went into the restaurant and had some refreshing drinks and some delicious food and met the awesome staff. Bartender, Gabby superintendent Dylan, and ranger Kamal!!!

The course is looking a heck of a lot better than it ever did.. we played nine and had lots of fun. The bar is great.

Severely overpriced for 9 holes. Go to Buena Vista and play a great course for the same price.

Had a great time with my son who is just getting into golf. I’ve been playing for a while but not a serious golfer I just enjoy the game. I can see they are doing a lot of new stuff for the course and it was an enjoyable day. The only small thing that occurred was when we got to the 8th and 9th hole the sprinklers turned on… and it was mid day. We weren’t too happy about that but it is what it is… regardless a fun day and we’ll be back.

Middle of the line Golf course, not the best kept but fun to play. Great lunch though. Will probably buy membership next year as plan to play more, and it will entitle me to be able to get a beer with lunch.

Loved it! Will definitely be back for another round!

Friendly place, a lot of fun.

I’ve been playing Pomona for about 3.5 years now and it was always a fun place to go get a quick 9 and mess around with my buddies. But after joining the club and being a member for about a month now, I can truly see why this place is so great. The place doesn’t have the greatest conditions but it definitely is a “get what you pay for” course.The staff is always so kind and friendly. Bruce, one of the owners is the absolute man and he’s always due to make me laugh every time I check in for my tee time.Great discounts offered for veterans and students. If you walk they let you stay out there and play as many holes as you can until it gets too dark which is awesome. Great spot for a quick twilight round and don’t overthink the place only having 9 holes because they aren’t easy

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a golf course. I’ve gone here multiple times. I will never come back here. More clovers than grass, cart paths run through the fairways. Owners have a pretentious attitude and will talk behind your back about you with other golfers. Extremely unprofessional.
