I had my wedding at Renault winery 3 months ago. It took me so long to write a review cause I was looking for exactly the right words. I have nothing. I’m completely speechless. Everything from the very first meeting with Breanna till the very last minute of the wedding was amazing!! I was lucky enough to work alongside with Jimmy and John the general manager and banquet manager. They both were nothing short of amazing. Breanna, my sales girl was the sweetest, patient, kindest person ever. She guided me and answered all my questions every step of the way. I cannot thank Jimmy, John and Breanna enough for everything they have done for me. They became family. Let’s talk about the day of…. Everything was simply perfect from early morning till the very last second. The day went without a hitch and if there was a hitch I had no clue about it. The venue: perfect, the food: delicious, the staff: amazing. My day of coordinator, Jaynese was by my side and attended to me all night anything I needed. She literally was on her knees bustling my dress during a big family photo so I didn’t waste time during cocktail hour. Cathy, the hotel block coordinator amazing and answered all my emails right away. All I can say is the day was absolutely amazing and magical. I literally have nothing bad to say. My only complaint would be the day went by so fast I feel like I couldn’t take everything in. I will be coming back to Renault every year for our anniversary.

We had our annual Holiday Party last Sunday in Louie's Lounge. It was fantastic. Food was great, drinks were good. Staff was over the top helpful and accommodating. We made S'mores at the firepit. Kids went ice skating and had a blast. Weather was perfect. We will definitely keep the tradition going.

There were two employees that stood out to me and my group. Hanna and Gary went over and beyond to make sure my group was very comfortable and served. Before we could even ask for anything they read our minds and the refill was already there. Finally, the service was impeccable. Because of there knowledge and attentiveness to us we reserved a room for New Year’s Eve celebration. FYI Gray makes a killer espresso martini and Hanna carried a professional conversation. Location is way out there, which is both good and bad. Beautiful! Peaceful! Serene! I was here during their Vintner Wonderland. Santa. Ice Skating. Warming igloos. S'mores. Bon fires. Face painting. I'm a little old for some of that, but it looked like the kids liked it. The bar and hot drinks were more my style. Just fun! Hotel is nice. But the service is exceptional. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! Food is excellent and, again, service is top notch. They make you feel home.

I wouldn't say we're regulars at Renault, but we go there quite frequently and after our visit today it kinda made us reconsider. While the property is beautiful and the set up for the holiday - there's some flaws that need to be addressed. It's our little one's first Christmas this year and we decided to do the breakfast with Santa and it was a huge disappointment and I'll explain why. 1. the breakfast is basically a continental breakfast 2. Santa ISN'T even in the same room! You pay $66 dollars for each adult and $36 for a child after the fees to basically have a little buffet of ehh food and limited choices, and Santa to be in a different room (that everyone has access to and they didn't even pay) - they come and get you to take a picture with Santa but you use your own phone or whatnot - no option for a print (which to me wasn't even that big of a deal I'm just frustrated). For what you pay for the experience, it wasn't worth it. Then after we had a reservation for one of the Igloos, spent an over $150 to have it for 2 hours, and that also put a bad taste in our mouth. While it's nice to have a little some of your own - you can't get any service there the QR code doesn't even work to order anything - the actual cellular service there sucks - so you gotta go out and get what everyone would like and come back. In two hours no one came by to check and see how it was going - 20 mins before our time was up a bus boy comes by collecting trash. AND then as we were finishing up our drinks (about 5 mins before we had to leave - which we were well aware of and about to head out) an older gentlemen's comes back with the bus boy and asks us if we just came and we say no we're about to leave and he goes "yeah I was just checking cause the next party is ready"... the nerve. We're well aware there's a time limit and he should've waited until our time was actually up to even come over because he could've saved himself a couple steps! All around we spent over $500 for disappointment.
I just celebrated my 50th birthday party in the Speakeasy Room at Renault Winery, and it was so special! We planned it just over two weeks ago, and Events & Wedding Sales Manager Rylee's responsiveness was amazing. During the event, our event captain, Jayme, was fantastic. Everyone loved the food and the service. From the moment we inquired to the end of the party, everything was handled with ease and excellence. Thank you so much, Renault! We'll definitely be back for more private events.

While still in the glow of a beautiful wedding weekend we wanted to write a review of The Renault. Starting with the rehearsal dinner, the elegance of the rooms we used and the surprises around every corner of the facility added to the excitement and experience. Dinner was amazing. The food choices and quality were absolutely 5 Star. How can we describe John, who attends to every detail, remembers names, what is said in speeches, and looks to happily meet every need making you feel like family adding to the overall experience without being intrusive. The wedding starts with the morning coffee shop and just gets better and better as the day unfolds. Our personal wedding attendant, Jay, was focused on the bride and groom, parents, guests and every detail of the event. We have named two individuals and wish to say that everyone on the staff were equally attentive. The ceremony, the dinner, the after party in the restaurant were all amazing. If you leave something in the facility, finding it neatly placed in the corner of the room the next morning was just another indication of the attention to detail and care for all the guests. The holiday decorations, indoor and out, add to the atmosphere of the venue in special way. We were pleased in every way with the Renault. When I speak of the Renault, it felt like we were in the Magnolia of the East Coast.

Renault Winery is a fantastic spot for the overall experience! While the wine is decent and enjoyable, it’s really the location and atmosphere that make it special. The vibes are always fun, and they do a great job hosting events – there’s always something happening, and the weddings here look absolutely beautiful. The wine could be a bit better, but it’s still good, and the setting more than makes up for it. Renault is a great place to relax, enjoy the scenery, and have a memorable time!
